being stuck at home with a max 85lb dumbbell....... goblet squats is about all I can do or as previously mentioned walking dumbbell lunges. Another fun one is using my 7yr old for single leg extensions while im chillin on the recliner

My favorite leg exercise puts you through the wringer... Seems easy enough until set 4.
You take your favorite leg extension machine, and do 10 reps only leg leg, 10 reps only right leg, double the weight and then finish 10 reps with both as one set.
If you normally do 200 lbs as a working set, that would mean:
100 lbs Left/Right for ten reps each,
then rest only the time it takes to change the pin
200 lbs both
Rest 1 min, then do again for 3-4 sets.
