Cause without having to be at work at 4am my natural tendency is to stay up abnormally late.

Plus my caffeine tolerance is rediculous. I have bottles of caffeine pills or PWOs everywhere. Kitchen, bathroom, both cars and the truck.

I've been pretty suprised how versatile they are and far better than nothing. I bought two sets cause they only go to 120 so I can get a bit more work in. Chest flys, curls, tri extensions, standing or seated rows, leg extensions, standing calf raises it actually does alot if you stop and figure out a way to make it work.
