Recent pictures of myself. And I've got an IT job! It's a contract job, but will more than likely lead to perminate employment. 38023506_492734524519069_7208132433353375744_o.jpg37927953_492734461185742_8813034318843609088_o.jpg37929900_492734841185704_528112868093067264_o.jpg

it's been a hot minute sense I've updated this thread. Still in the 190s but I'm two dress sizes smaller then I was this time last year! I use the sweat app on my phone and it has been an absolute life savor. weight lifting or resistance training is truly something that keeps my sanity in check. I"ve been struggling with self harm again, and weight lifting has been so therapeutic. Ugh, female autism and the mess that comes along with it. :/ Any-who, 2019 was a **** year, I am blessed to have a supportive family. I won't go into the sob story, but it's not been this bad for me in seven years. Bleh. This too shall pass. Thanks gals.

and here are some recent pictures as well. Holy Crap, I finally have a less flabby six pack! :-P My face is less fat, and slowly I'm seeing progress beyond the scale. Thank God I threw out my scale! Oh my god size and picture comparison does such a better job at showing progress than weight. :-/ IMG_5647.jpgIMG_5648.jpgIMG_5667.jpgIMG_5655.jpg

It's Been A While
Brief update, I'm in the 180's now life has been a roller coaster in the last two years. I've been admitted to the hospital this past summer for self harm that was needing 12 stiches. I still lift weights but use my own body weight, it's been the one thing that has been the most sustainable and that I keep coming back to. I like to get outside and walk, or do old tae bo workouts pre 2005 because they are funny as all get out! Get my workout in with a laugh to boot. I'm in a better place then I have been over the summer, depression is a bitch and I'm sick of being on lockdown in Virginia. Boo. Anyhow, just thought I'd update.
