No home gym so workouts consist of bodyweight exercises and kettlebells. Embracing my inner crossfit and doing lots of conditioning work, then probably stupid high volume accessory lifts, then just running.
Yesterday was 200 pushups and rest-pause Kettlebell curls, followed by 100 chins supersetted with 200 bodyweight squats, then a 3 mile run with my sons. Tomorrow might try tabata kettlebell snatches and lunges with pull-ups and more pushups.
I prefer to workout at the gym for various reasons but will definitely be getting at least the basics of a home gym at some point. From what I have seen most stores/websites are selling out of anything that could conceivably be used to work out at home. I imagine Craigslist is going to be flooded at some point down the line so buying secondhand will definitely be in my future.

I have one.
Bought this from a dude that was getting a divorce. He had bought it for his home gym and it only had 6 months use. Mint condition!!! Bought it for 1/2 of new price. Very heavy machine modeled after the old Nebula brand hack squat.
This guy is a member here on bb.com
Really nice home gym.
He also has a McLaren.

I have a lot of equipment and most of it placed really close to other pieces. Doesn't really make for good pics that you would be able to tell exactly what I have. Everything is full commercial and in nice condition. No ripped pads.
I have posted pics of most of what I have bought over the years throughout the equipment section here on bb.com. That section is a ghost town now days. I came here 8-9 years ago to learn about equipment, always with a plan to build a home gym. The equipment section was fun 6-8 years ago. Ironwill2008 would swing through a couple of times a day. We even had him posting gifs for lulz. I watched a lot of guys build some really nice home gyms over the years. Most of the regulars there have full commercial power racks in their garage and basement gyms.
That guy used to buy and sell equipment while he was building his collection of equipment for his gym. I went there and bought a cable crossover from him. He has the McLaren, 2 Range Rovers, motorcycles, a new Dodge pickup and I forget what else. He doesn't appear to be struggling in life.Last edited by deadwoodgregg; 03-19-2020 at 05:55 PM.

Trained more this week in my home gym(3 times) than I have in 2 years!
I have really enjoyed it. I think it was a nice wake up call to realize just what it is that I like about training. In my home gym, I am all alone, and I found that I am enjoying mixing things up since I am not worried about taking up multiples of equip.
My daughter has been using my gym a lot lately, so I have had to pick up her mess of plates everywhere! It is worse than my normal gym
I have been dropping weight for a few months. I am down to low 200's again. It really starts to show in the legs. Tonight was a leg workout and I did leg press, super setted with reverse hyperextension. (worked great on loosening up my lower back!). I also worked in sets of abs and calves. Was going to squat but passed for tonight. My lower back was not quite feeling as good as it should, so I passed.
I really need to start some AM cardio on my incline trainer. Spring is coming and time for me to get skinny!

I used to be a train at home guy, now I'm super pissed my gym closed.
I can't tell you how much of a fire it lights to be in the environment of ladies who are dead lifting over 315# some over 350# and for reps. That's not much too me, but it lets me know that they are catching-up and I can/should be striving for more.
The ladies at our gym are more intense in their training than most men I've seen.

I came up from the gym and first thing I did was tell my daughter that if she wants to workout down there, she needs to re-rack her weights!
This is the current state of my gym. I added a dance area to the back which is what the grey flooring is. But we use it for dynamic stuff.
I was going to put in some ropes and get a few more slam balls.
I have an adjustable kettle bell that works with all my ironmaster weights. I was going to get a full rack of dumbbells, but I never pulled the trigger. I may still, especially if I start working out more at home, but I go back and forth on that. Other than that, I do have a new flat bench that I have not put in the gym yet. It has not been taken out of the box since I bought it in dec.
I also have to finish the music install. I bought a Sonos amp ( I have several for areas of the house). I have 2-way ceiling speakers and a 10" sub for the room. Should really be able to crank some music!
Here are current pics I just took...mess and all!

It works very nice. The 'new' version has a flip up thing for the transition between how you use it.
I changed out the guide bearings that ride on the side. Putting very heavy weight on it, killed them after a bit. That said, it of course is not a smooth as a linear bearing unit. But it is very cost effective!
Overall, I normally go up to 5-6 plates a side. Getting above 4 you can feel a slight drag to it since the poly wheels compress somewhat.
The biggest downfall is you have to leave it unloaded or the poly wheels will compress flat spots in them. They come out after a few days if you ever forget, but it is not a good feeling.
All in all, I'd say it is really nice to have and barring wanting to spend a whole bunch more, it is a great machine for the home!RAW lifts

Very good point.
Well, this morning was my first organized (somewhat) home workout.
Here is what I did. Going to do this 3X per week. All exercises are done one after the other with no rest. Only resting ~2 minutes between 3 total giant sets. I figures 4 giant sets might over do it since I am doing this 3X per week.
Pushups - I placed my 10lb DBs in a W shaped position with pinkies on the inside at about a 45 degree, to emphasize all chest. I am missing an incline movement. Used to Incline bench with from 80lbs to 105lb DBs.
Alternating DB Curls
Bentover DB Rows
Standing DB Shoulder Press - alternating.
Side Laterals
Bentover Anterior Raises
Hammer Curls
After those 3 giant sets, I rest a few minutes, I am doing 4 sets of 15 to 20 reps of Goblet Squats
Walk outside for 30 minutes.
**I guess one of the only ways to progress until a gym opens, is to add more reps per each exercise.
Notes: This actually gave me a decent sweat.
**Next week I am going to add dips between two chairs to supplement chest and tris.Helping one person may not change the world, but it could change the world for one person.
