fashioneyewear.com
They basically said they had the frames in stock on their website but didn't really have them in stock. Then when they went to actually order the frames from their supplier they were back logged.
They only just got them last week and they're shipping them this week sometime.
The fuked up part is, i'm gonna get these frames in and i bet money they're not going to be even half as fly as i remembered.

what belt do you guys wear with denim/jeans? i'm having a very difficult time finding a high quality, understated, timeless, classic, casual black leather belt that looks great with jeans (and say boots and a V Neck T). please post some pics and brand names. i can't bring myself to buy a Gucci belt - too cheesy and douchebaggy - although JT seems to pull it off -

I tend to have too much dark brown in my shoe collection but these are sexy.

You have a point...but I need to add some more tan shoes in my rotation. I can't rush getting things though. Best to do it slowly.
They're just a different style. My Chelseas are Spanish made FYI. I've had them for around 3.5 years and I love them.A hit was sent, from the President, to raid your residence /

Couple other threads I read seem to echo this. Don't seem bad for the price. No first-hand experience though.

Did a pitstop in a highend shop to pick up some black tapered jeans. Wasn't looking for a specific brand was just eyeballing plain black jeans that didn't have weird dye patterns or sheen on them.
To my utter shock I found a pair of True Religion jeans without obnoxiou/cringey stitch patterns or a big horse shoe on the ass. Tried them on and almost busted a nut. Felt like putting on denim lined with cashmere. so fuking soft. Makes me want to throw my 501 levi's in the bin fam. They ended up only being like $125 too.DCA'ing FXS since Sept2022

True Regligion is pretty much the only designer jeans store that is somehow surviving in my area. It might be temporary as every retailer is having a hard time staying open these days, but people seem to love them some TR.
On another note, my first MTM Indochino suit came in from China yesterday. It was actually relatively fast, which surprised me because my expectation was that the coroner virus quarantines would slow down delivery. My first impressions when I tried it on was for one, the sleeves are a bit too long. I typically like to show about a half inch of cuff, and the jacket stops right at the back of my hand. The second thing is that I thought that the pants would taper, but they don't taper at all. They are really fitted and contour to my body around the butt, hips and thigh area and then just kind of bellows out below the knee area. Maybe I'm just so used to wearing slim tapered pants now that straight legged pants seem like almost bell-bottoms to me at this point. Do you guys typically have tapered pants with your suits or do you go for straight leg?
Will post pics when I get home today

They finally got smart and removed all that **** behind the pockets. I own one tshirt from true religion that is probably the softest tshirt i own. **** is almost 10 years old at this point.
I generally prefer slightly tapered pants for suits i wear to weddings etc vs straighter leg pants for biz suits. If it bellows below the knee, i would get it taken in, (although the trend these days appears to be towards wider leg pants, i just cant ever go back to that). ALso get the sleeves shorted a bit.*Misc Cologne Crew*

It is interesting you say that you prefer straighter ones for business. There is something more professional looking about straighter legs that I noticed too
Not great pics but I didn't feel like setting up the tripod
the leg opening at the bottom
It came with an Indochino suit bag which I thought was nice even if pretty cheaply made

@MetroBrah 2" cuff is always a good addition to trousers! Nice fit for MTM.
One thing I'm curious that may be due to your shoulders or the fit of the suit is the shoulder line. There seems to be a bit of bunching or it's too tight on the shoulders. Just a minor complaint. Got any more pics?A hit was sent, from the President, to raid your residence /

LOL no idea. I hope it's not painted!
I think Allen Edmonds are good entry points into quality shoes. The problem is with shoes like you posted is that they aren't Goodyear Welted and will only last you a little over a year or so. Assuming you take care of the upper of a shoe, they can serve you for 10+ years. You will probably spend around $300 for a quality pair of AEs though.
You can't go wrong with an Oxford shoe especially a color like brown.A hit was sent, from the President, to raid your residence /
