I love training ALL my body parts but there something about back day that separates it from
everything else. I like to hit it from all angles to really get that complete development and
one of my favorite moves is T-Bar rows but doing the last two sets as strip sets
This will get that mid back thick,wide,and ripped

Reverse grip bent over rows by far is my favorite. Amazing how a different grip can work entirely new muscle groups, especially if Jamie Eason spots me?

Pull ups, stopped doing them for a few years and went from 20+ down to 3, now back into the 20s with good form.
Close second is bent over lat raise, love hitting rear delts now since they used to be a weak spot for me.Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
