I'm a recently converted physique builder from powerlifting (pl). I've been cleaning up my diet whilst changing up my routine to contribute towards a more balanced and lean physique.
I recently had a back photo taken and would be grateful for any objective feedback on improving this! Having had a pl background, it is with no doubt that imbalances are rife, as will be apparent from the photo.
i'd be grateful for any suggestions on exercises which would help clean my back up (proportion and shape).
statistics include: 5'10/79.5kg/natural/bf% unknown/23yo/ 1 month physique training
