That dosnt mean ****.
I messaged 36 new matches monday. 7 have replied since then. 2 are remotely interested. Only one of those interested me. And she ghosted me after a phone call.
The other problem I'm having is I'm approaching 29. I'm baby faced asf. I get called out for looking 22-24 all the time.
Women over 25, I have no interest in them. They have no glow. If they are on tinder still, they have failed at their life mission already. They have baggage. No thx jeff.
When I match with a younger broad, say 21 and they ask my age because they dont believe the 28 in my bio, they go NC
Its rough.

I used them up until last year and then ironically ended up with someone I'd already known for years. Had a few good dates but nothing that worked out long term. Only one turned out to be a truly awful person after meeting.

Lol @ thinking matches mean anything. How many of those matches have you smashed yet OP? and if any how many of those were atleast average looking? People bragging about their matches sound exactly like the validation seeking hoes that use these apps for that exact reason.

Reply to quick? Your a beta
Take too long? There already elsewhere
Take it slow? You're a beta
Escalate rapidly? You're too thirsty
I can never find a middle ground. I have like a 90% smash rate with all my dates. The hardest part is actually getting on a date. They are soo few in between that when it does happen, it's hard not to seem desperate for wanting to put forth some effort into the interaction.
It's like a constant lose lose lose situation. Just have to be lucky that day on how shes feeling.King MANLET the 3rd

Yeah exact same for me. Say ONE wrong thing and they stop responding. Sometimes I don't even do anything wrong and they still don't reply. It's unbelievably frustrating. At least with real life interactions you can make a physical impression which makes it more likely for them to consider meeting you, but with online you're just another cock amongst thousands on the screen who are all trying to meet her.
I hate it but can't stop using it because I'm too afraid to approach IRL.

Dating apps haven’t been worth using since mid 2017. The current tinder algorithm is brutal.
I had an old paid account I used to gps switch and change my location since I was in a new country every 2 months for work. As a long time paid user I guess tinder had demoted the holy fuk out of me. Came to a city and couldn’t get ANY interest. Bought a local SIM card cause I had to stay for awhile and created a new account then I suddenly had 50+ sloots liking and super liking me.
It’s bad enough you have to deal with the damaged trashy women, now the apps algorithm itself is also against you. If you can’t approach in bars it’s gonna be tough sledding for you these days
Ask this. So many won’t respond or will just drop off convo due to all the other matches she’s jugglingDCA'ing FXS since Sept2022

It depends where you're at.
Here in Orlando Tinder is an absolute goldmine. You've got lots of young people who relocate here for work, TONS of Brazilians who vacation here or come to live here (I speak Portuguese so it helps me big-time), lots of college program folks at Disney, and a lot of these people use Tinder to meet other people. I used to crush it on that when I was single.
Back when I lived in Phoenix it was very mediocre.

You bring up a good point about going back to cold approaching. Might be a good differentiation strategy.
