I've been tracking all my vitamins lately, and i noticed that on average, i get an incredibly low number of potassium. I bought potassium supplement pills, but everything in riteaid only contains 90mg, but i need 4,700mg. At that rate, i'd have to take 1/3 of the bottle daily to get what i need. I eat bananas, but even then it's not enough. I was curious as to how others supplement their potassium effectively.
