Hello, I am 23 years old and 6'2" I had these love handles for years and I really want to get rid of them, what do you guys think should be best? Try to cut doing running? Try to bulk? Thanks in advance.
do not cut. Read the stickies in nutrition section to get a handle on those. If you aren't, start tracking food so you can establish your maintenance. Add 200-300 calories to that and follow a good lifting program. You need to add muscle first.
