I think it should be fine. Just ease into it and go up slowly. Don't push too hard and if you've never tried front squats before they're brutally hard. Good luck!

Weekly Progress:
Didn't lose any belly size this week but surprisingly ended up losing a lot more than the 0.5 kg per week target. Ended up losing 1.2 kg / 2.6 lbs this week.
Tried squatting, deadlifting and doing overhead presses today. The strength is there but they don't feel as "comfortable". Something down there in the lower back region acts hesitant during the lifts. I might post videos of me trying to fix my deadlift form soon.
