Leg days
1:
Squat 3x6-8 320
Leg curl 3x8-10
Leg press 3x8-10
RDL 3x10
Calves 3x10-12
2: Same except front squats replace back and extensions replace leg press.
I have been having some knee pain all of the sudden. I’m about 6 weeks into the cycle and just got it this week. I have recently switched GHR out for RDL because I was feeling some knee pain but that didn’t seem to help. I don’t usually deload until 8 weeks. What are some recommendations?

A forum is not the place for a medical diagnosis. Nobody here can tell you what the pain is from, and we certainly aren't going to give you training advice when you are dealing with a possible unknown injury and risk causing more harm.
- Your mindset influences your outcome. It's time to take out phrases like "I can't" or "I don't have time" and replace them with phrases like "I will make the time" and "I will keep working at it until I find a way that works." Success starts with the right mindset and believing in yourself and your dreams.

If you do want advice you need to be much more specific in your description. "Pain" is far too generic. Consider letting us know.
1. When did it start?
2. Where exactly is it? Is it localized to one spot or more generalized? Does it move around anywhere or radiate?
3. Is it constant or intermittent? If intermittent, does anything trigger it? How long does it last when you have it? Does it wake you up at night? Do you have it when you wake up in the morning before you get out of bed?
4. What does it feel like? Sharp, achy, burning, electric, other?
5. Any associated symptoms? Redness/warmth/swelling of the knee? Weakness/numbness/tingling?
6. Has anything helped it? Have you tried any meds, wraps, or anything else?
Those are the standard questions I ask patients with a pain complaint. Then I ask more detailed questions based on the answers to those, do my physical exam, and then figure out if I need imaging or need to refer to a specialist. If you answer them hopefully I can at least tell you who to go to to obtain a diagnosis.

It can be tight muscles, tendonitis or terminal knee cancer/HIV. The recommendation would change for each. I would stop doing whatever makes it hurt for X# of days and then ease back into your full routine. If the pain is still there then look at seeing someone, if the pain is less then maybe continue your reduced work out for X# more days until pain is gone.

Felt it coming on but just started to actually bug me for the last couple days. I think it might have something either to do with RDLs but I don’t think that is it. The only other thing I have changed is doing front squats. Only hurts when squatting and getting up from a squat. If I didn’t squat prob wouldn’t even recognize it. I don’t think it is serious was just wondering if there were tips with joint pain such as backing off on the load or switching exercises. Mostly just the front of both knees when squatting

Would take a few days to post video
would say right in middle. It isn’t like a super painful feeling, more of something I want to fix before it gets bad, but it seems might have to take some time off of squatting for long term health. Right leg more than left (right leg dominant). It feels like an ouchie... not sure kind of hard to answer. Some people recommend a deload when you start to feel joint pain which is kind of what I was leaning toward but wanted other recommendations

Hummmm....I have never heard of anyone tell someone to take a de-load if they have joint pain...when my knees started to feel pain, I set up an appointment with my VA doc and then we did X-rays and MRI's....Mine joint pain is due to Arthritis. Ya might want to see a doctor about your JOINT pain...might be serious, yet may not be...but why take that chance?
