Good so far. Has been up an down between 132-133. Long as I don't allow a set back might even exceed my goal this time. A nice change of pace since last year tended to fall just a little short of goal. This time can focus on keeping the momentum going and maybe get closer to my final target weight.

Vacation was great I ate like a horse but i got more exercise in than i normally do walking 5-8 miles a day on the beach helped keep me from gaining to much after a bad gain week im back on track im back on the downward trend The wieght this past month or 2 has been moving slower than it did before but im feeling strong after my vacation and my lifts on return felt great so im ok with a little slow down. I will concede there is no way im making 290 by the end but im going to shoot for breaking 300 in the next 2 weeks instead which would mark 65 IBs on the year.

Jumping on the back end of this and will continue into July-August. Don't worry about adding me to the spreadsheet as I just want a thread to ramble and have some accountability. I used to stay in great shape, but I let myself get apathetic the past couple of years. Screw that.
Starting weight: 256lbs
First Goal: 240lbs...this is a psychological level for me. After that, it's smooth sailing, mentally speaking.
Ultimate Goal: 200-210 lbs. Might maintain a bit there and cycle on some muscle before pushing lower. Typically, I feel best near 200lbs. I'll worry about that when I get there.
Monday workout was Chest/Tris/Shoulders with 4 miles of cardio. I walked an additional 4 in the afternoon.
Today: Back, bis, forearms with another 4 miles. I'll probably do another walk this afternoon.

Well had a slight fluctuation back up, which happens though also can contribute hormones, stress and soreness to the mix too. Had change in shift at work plus high stress due to coworker calling out last weekend so didn't go to the gym for about a week. Did eat maintenance on one day. Went to the gym finally Wednesday and Thursday, ended up sore all over. Even my biceps are still sore. Still hoping to have the scale at 132 or even a little below by the end of the month.
