Good morning all! Happy Friday.
Today I am grateful for...
1) Went out with the guys last night and though I was tempted, I managed to not eat any junk food. I had my dinner and kept it at that. Didn't go overboard on drinks so I feel good about that.
2) Should be hanging with my buddies tomorrow afternoon which I'm excited for.
3) About to go smash the gym before work (late start today)
Let's ****ing do this 😎

Yeah man I've actually got a job there I'm applying for that pays 55k USD in São Paulo, if I can get that one I'm sure I could live a very very comfortable life. Elementary Portuguese is what's needed and I'd say I'm at that point at least, so we'll see what happens with that. If I don't get it no worries, I'll keep smashing my studies and practicing Portuguese with my GF and my friends and wait for the right time to make a move. I need a new adventure haha.

Today I'm grateful for...
...learning over time that material goods are replaceable and not worth fretting over. Be it a pair of jeans or a car, its all just stuff.
...not having shoulder pain for a long time - been probably a year until this morning when I awoke with it. Forgot what it was like.
...finding and winning at auction a sweet little impressionist scene painting for quite the bargain. Art isn't stuff.

Currently grateful for:
1) NOT belonging to a powerlifting gym. From the little I've heard, their egos sound much bigger than the bodybuilders...lol.
2) Two relative's medical issues have stabilized again...
3) Was in a very minor fender bender yesterday with a new car. That always sucks, but no one (not even the drunken idiot) was hurt.Fact: My first-generation uncle was a boxer who fought Sugar Ray Robinson! He also fought in the war, sacrificing the career he deeply loved, so people could have the right to freedom.
Let's show RESPECT for the POLICE and ALL FIRST RESPONDERS by helping to keep THEM SAFE AND SOUND, and thereby able to PROTECT US!

Good morning, folks!
Today is what my GF calls "Trash Day", I broke my keto diet for Chick Fil A breakfast. Had a chicken egg and cheese biscuit and their egg white, chicken breast and cheese English muffin. Letting that settle then going to go for a 2 or 3 mile easy run. Grateful for that.
Also grateful for living in Orlando, I love this place and all the fun it has to offer.
And lastly, today will rain all day which I love. Running shirtless in a light drizzle is the GOAT.
Enjoy your day folks!
