So just curious on what other people think, do you guys prefer to eat a normal amount of high calorie cereal like kashi go lean or the Kellogg’s vector stuff or eat twice the amount of the low cal stuff like corn flakes and Cheerios. I’m talking about so they both hit the same amount in calories. Lol
