Dom or anybody, you familiar with Overdrive gear formating?
With overdrive off, my car seems to rev RPM's higher on the regular but is able to suddenly drop or raise back a lot smoother. With overdrive on, there is more driving speed at constant RPM, but it raises and drops more heavily with the throttle.
What difference does that bigger drive gear make that makes transitioning speeds more volatile?

So it's just a matter of that particular gear being heavier and the driveshaft's ability to manage it? That would explain how the RPMs drop with increasing momentum instead of more steady. And how you gotta give it a little more push to speed it up, but it ultimately moves the car more efficiently when steady.

poor guy, it was down to the New York Knicks, Los Angeles Lakes, grizzlies and New Orleans and the misfit pelicans got him.
I'm sure she was able to figure it out and make it work, especially if she wants to be part of the scene.
Game 1 tonight, time to get to the Old German Beer Hall or Milwaukee Brat House.
Good news GS won their game 1, love to get stephy here in the finals.DR. 3time

Anyone else move from lifting heavy to sticking in the 8+ range. I've been mostly doing 8-12 on the big lifts, and 12-15 on the accessories. Body feels much better. I was tired of walking around sore all the time, plus my knees can't take a lot anymore. Gonna be 40 this August, and my body is probably 20 years older than that.
I'm also getting lazier, only hitting it 3 days a week, with occasional home workouts with my adjustable DBs. I guess it's better than nothing. Getting old sucksI remove my shirt to poop crew

Most consistent development across legs back and chest for me has been range of motion.
I'm doing bodyweight squats for volume and generally trying to get my hamstrings against my calves while keeping an eye on posture.
I'm doing each chin-up from a dead hang now. When you don't do it, it seems easier, but I think you stress yourself out a bit more because your muscles don't really get to reset. Idunno, reps are just much cleaner.
Handlebar pushups are probably my favorite for the depth they allow. The calisthenic planking with the medicine ball under the feet is great. More clean reps.
