During college (1.5 hrs before):
Mine is whole milk and rice crispies / cornflakes with tbs of sugar sometimes more
Rice and two oscar mayer hot dogs (or fish sticks) with ketchup
Oatmeal with milk and a tbs of sugar or honey sometimes more
Now:
Two pancakes, maple syrup butter, hashbrowns and a piece of fried chicken (3 hours before) about 1000 calories
Greek yogurt and bananas (200 g greek yogurt, 2 bananas)
White Rice and meat (about 700-800 calories worth)
200 grams worth bananas (30 mins before)
black coffee if in a rush
fasted sometimes
any recommendations on a cut for performance on training days? I usually lift at noon.

Oatmeal about 90 minutes prior. A piece of toast or banana right before if I’m feeling hungry.

I workout at 5:30am, so just a coffee for me - black if I'm cutting, whole milk if I'm bulking.

i don't even know what that is!
Considering going back to this route. Oatmeal with added sugar made me feel yoked back in the day, but I wasn't cutting. You still eat this on a cut?
i like working out fasted, but coffee makes me feel too jittery and shakey. not safe under heavy weights
need to invest in a blender in the future. how'd it feel drinking this on a cut?

A cut? Well, I haven't 'cut' in over a decade... it's like 250-300 calories max... not exactly 'breaking the bank'. Feels just fine... not to mention I have diagnosed severe reflux, so I have a shake for this reason.
Also, whey and spinach can be filling if you add enough water, and the banana has the sweet element.
I also don't feel hungry right after lifting so i mean... it works for me.Last edited by AdamWW; 04-02-2019 at 01:26 PM.
