Hi guys
I just started my first cut in this week.
I feel dizzy and have a small headache all the time probably because the low blood sugar and dehydration. I try to drink more but It's hard.
Anyway, is this how should I feel all the time during a calorie deficit, or I just need to get used to it?
I think I can't be on a too big deficit, since I didn't even hit the number which was calculated on BB.com-s site.

How bad "should" I feel during cut?

My deficit is something like 700, but I'm still above 1600cal/day which the calculator recommands for fat loss.
I simple can't gain fat, I have "fast metabolisum", maybe I don't need such big deficit?
I drink 2,5 liter of water (with 70kg BW), but I can't drink more, I'm disgusted from it.
Maybe I add some diluted fruit juice with water to drink more.Stats:

I know right? If you can't gain fat why are you cutting? Shouldn't you be skinny or cut as hell and bulking year round? Also, "My deficit is something like 700" isn't a great way to cut. You probably want to be sure of your deficit so you know it is actually 700 and not 1700. I have a hard time believing if you can't gain fat then you are only in a 700 calorie deficit at 1600 calories/day. That means your TDEE is 2300 which is pretty damn low. You should be able to pack on fat at that.
But OP to answer your original question, its most likely your body wanting more sugar since it so used to having it 24/7. You are literally less than a week in. You will adjust.---Get those Negs ready---
