Guess it's been a while. Forgot to log the last few two weeks of prep and honestly not gonna do it since the meet is already over as of this past Sunday.
Went 8/9, finished with 347/237/375: I failed my last squat attempt at 364, and went conservative on my bench and deadlift final attempts. I weighed 88kg, was the lightest and probably the weakest guy in the 93kg division, but I had a ****load of fun and am probably going to compete again mid-year. Starting a 4 week minicut now.
Tbh I am considering just stopping logging here and just keeping it up on IG. This log is dead as ****, it's really only sooby who seems to be following along here, and I think you follow me on IG? It's been 3 weeks and I completely forgot about this, if no one is over here seems like a bit of a chore to keep posting....

Yeah I seen your videos on IG before even commenting here.
and honestly I've been considering to ditch the log myself lol only like 2 people follow it max. But i was like ehhh fuk it takes like 5-10 minutes and I've been doing it for so long it seems normal. Plus it's always cool to look back on the logs with some of the comments I make.
But good chit bro, nice first showing out, look forward to see a 4 plate squat and 4 plate deadlift

I already track my lifts on a spreadsheet and post to IG frequently so I feel like I am being accountable. This place is just a ghost-town, it used to be so popping, guys had great friendships and communities on here. Those paywalls completely ruined everything for this site, the programs are garbage but so many people used them and once they became inaccessible just abandoned the site altogether.
