Does anyone know of a simple app for tracking client sessions. Like the number of sessions the client has left, and maybe some notes? Would appreciate any help!

Can you not... write things down?
If you are doing personal training 1:1, you should be recording their workouts, that they did X sets of Y with Z weight in A exercise. You can note down there when and where they last paid, etc.

Excel thoughts v.s. pen and paper
I think it works best when running an online business compared to in person clients. I find pen and paper being my go to for in person clients. Also Jefitt I think is an app.Originally Posted by mariella24
