What happened to their flavoring? I remember their Chocolate Milkshake Syntha-6 being amazing.

From what I've heard regular Syntha is still amazing, it's the specialty flavours like cold stone and holiday stuff that's mediocre

Can't say I'm incredibly impressed w the new Game Day formulation..I mean, it seems like the most well rounded GD they've done yet, but some big misses in my books. Wtf is Juniper Berry doing in it? And choline bitartrate? High dose of theanine doesn't bother me the way it does some of you, but all in all GD is looking like a typical non exotic now. I don't hate it, but I was hoping for a better focus/energy aspect of the formula.

edit: i'm being a bit hard on it. It's well rounded. I like everything else it has going on. Just the focus ingredients are a miss, with the exception of neurofactor, but I would have preferred a good dose of Alpha GPC, or ALCAR, or a host of other nootropics. Not this **** quality choline and Juniper which I'm still trying to figure out why it would be in a pwo?

Just saw the Game Day profile and it looked decent for a conventional pre until I saw the
200mg of L-Theanine I think I'll keep my eyes open for some of the DMHA version if it
goes on clearance again. I missed out on the last sale when it was selling for $13 a tub or
maybe I'll keep my eyes open for a RE1GN clearance

Once in a while Re1gn will go on that bogo. I will pass on the GD with that amount of L-Theanine. It just doesn't work well with me, unfortunately.

Shift is caff free so I think it will be fine as long as your pre workout isn’t a stim bomb or have Y.

The cold stone version? No, it really isn't. WAY too weak in flavor and in fact it's barely flavored at all. Come on, for 200 calories there better be blow my mouth to pieces sugar or sugar flavor in it or more protein to explain the calories.

Also found the cold stone Syntha too be a bit underwhelming the flavoring is pretty weak compared to all of the regular syntha-6 flavors even in 6 ounces of liquid. Really wish it had a bolder/more rich flavor that said it's not bad tasting just very underwhelming disappointed overall.

Syntha-6 Cinnamon Bun tho is greatness! :P

Should be fine; I've used Scotch Brite and even a BBQ brush before on some rusted ones and they came out fine.
