So, I plan on using all pros method for now since most of you guys recommended I cut a bit. Well, I don't plan on building muscle and having it pop out as my goal is being a police men. But, I'll give the program a shot, cut and eat right and keep you guys updated . I chose this as fierce 5 recommended more bulking which I won't do as I need to lose fat.

Losing weight is the hard part for most people, you've lost quite a bit in such a short period of time, and given that you only go to the gym about 3x a week. You may want to try to increase the amount of time you spend in the gym as well, that might help with the strength training — which positively affects everything about your body.
