    So, I plan on using all pros method for now since most of you guys recommended I cut a bit. Well, I don't plan on building muscle and having it pop out as my goal is being a police men. But, I'll give the program a shot, cut and eat right and keep you guys updated . I chose this as fierce 5 recommended more bulking which I won't do as I need to lose fat.

    Losing weight is the hard part for most people, you've lost quite a bit in such a short period of time, and given that you only go to the gym about 3x a week. You may want to try to increase the amount of time you spend in the gym as well, that might help with the strength training — which positively affects everything about your body.

    3 days a week of proper full body workouts are fine. Your fat loss will come from diet

    Alright so I started the all pros beginner program. The program is pretty good so far(only 2 days in), I had 1 day of finding the right weight, not too heavy or light and like it so far as it challenges me. My weight as of now is at 216. I'll update you guys back on jan 1st.
