I just hate how there is nowhere to go but the gym. I don't even like going there but i need to exercise and lift. There's nothing to do in the winter. I just bought BF5 but it feels so pointless playing this chit by myself.

i woke up at 5 to go to the gym today. it's 9 right now and i still haven't gone lol. losing motivation so hard. i think it's the anxiety of going outside and it kind of feels pointless to me now. i really need to look at those 4 day programs, see how people do em. i usually workout 6 days a week. but cutting that down to 4 days would maybe make things better, i have no idea. i only have the motivation for chest. back days is like... idk i feel like my back is already strong... i always kill it on back days no matter what. it doesn't really do anything for me now. gonna try going at 10:00am, maybe it's empty

i think i look small in there, people say i look big outside of there though, but when i look in the mirror i look skinny, i know i'm a little stronger than most people in the gym though. but definitely smaller, maybe because i don't wear a sleeveless shirt. seen guys go shirtless in the gym just to impress the girls, ****ing douches. im just doing cardio and i see this guy take his shirt off in front of me what the ****

I swear most of the gymcels basically live there. They are always trying to chat with everyone and the personal trainers and hogging the floor. I can understand Planet Fitness's motto now

It's the same way at my job like 80-90% of the people there are very social and it just pisses me off because no matter what i never have anything to say there. Yeah, some people just have an aura about them where they just want to be around them without doing much of anything at all. I don’t know if it has to do with looks, personality or what. I think because I’m quiet & only 5’7” as a guy, women just don’t find me interesting enough to want to be around to talk to. It just is weird how some people just have this “it” factor about them where people want to be around them. I obviously don’t have what these others look for.

I'm the quiet guy at work too but some people that i deliver things to do talk to me but they are like 10 years older than me and i don't know what to say to them. It's just some small talk comment and i give a one word reply if they do talk to me. Nobody my age ever talks to me like you said i have to talk first which is impossible because i have nothing to talk about unless i'm going to talk about the weather or get in their business by asking some awkward questions. I just don't know how people do it. So i shouldn't say nobody talks to me, but nobody my age does. I'm literally wondering what people have conversations about because after you say something about the weather or say hi there is nothing else to talk about.

I think a lot of it has to do with having too much time on your hands.

Depression seems to be less prevalent in nations where the struggle to simply remain alive (starving Africans, wartorn nations etc) is a real thing.

In short - they don't got time to be depressed.

(a bit like when you see a Polar Bear rocking back and forth in a zoo out of sheer boredom - you never see Polar Bears in the wild doing that chit).

I completely agree with this. Or if you're doing something repeatedly without purpose (work where you don't feel fulfilled). Some people like the corporate life, but if you're doing it just to "pay the bills" then it's a lazy way to live if you ask me. There are so many ways in this day and age to make money while you figure out what you REALLY want to do — no matter what it is.

Man, I’m just so tired of everything. I’m tired of people treating me different because I’m the quiet guy & because I’m only 5’7” at best with shoes on. People don’t take me seriously & think they can just walk all over me due to my size & that I’m quiet. Sick of the health issues that never get better. I don’t know how much more of this I can take. Never been in a relationship either due to all my problems. No woman is going to want a guy in my position for a relationship. **** job, health issues, quiet, short for a guy = disasterous life. I just don’t know why I bother waking up everyday anymore. Every now & then I literally pray that I just don’t wake up so I don’t have to live like this anymore. Same here dude i'm dead inside like literally i have no energy anymore. When i'm at work i just have no energy to interact with others i just want to fuking leave and come back home and sleep or sit on the pc. I feel like i'm an 80 year old man and i'm only 29.

spent another $250 today lol. i don't see the point in saving anymore, i'm not going to have a family of my own. i get that anxiety hard as **** but then i get like some feeling of thrill when spending. it's kind of liberating. i haven't even looked at my credit card bill yet **** lol. i think when i look at it it's gonna be like $5000
