This one was WAY over the trees right down the middle, ie it has to be around a 340 yard drive. The competition starts in two days, it will be fun.

I think I'm going to resurrect my training log. Maybe this is a start.

I've lost weight. I figure since I can't compete in strongman anymore, I was just using strongman as a reason to carry around extra weight, that was hurting my health. I weigh around 265 now.

I think I'm going to start posting to this training log again. I've been training, never stopped, but it's definitely changed from back when I was competing in strongman. Since Oct 23, 2017 I've lost 77 pounds. I bought new pants a few days ago, and my waist is less than when I graduated high school back in 1984.

This is yesterday, 6'8" 255 pounds 52 years old.

I can see my abs now. I have visible veins over them now. Sooooo weird. I wasn't trying to get abs, just to get my heart healthy.
