Lower the weight. You need another few inches.

That wasn't a squat. It was a partial squat, and not particularly close to a full squat. Crease of the hip to or below the top of the patella is the goal. Use less weight. Don't take so many steps walking it out, squat over the safety bars, don't dance around under it once you get back. Using lighter weight that you can get to depth should help.

If you are doing low bar squat you would lean forward slighting to keep the bar path at the center of your foot. With the bag being said are you low bar squatting or high bar?

First step is to take a bunch of weight off the bar.

In fact, stat with an empty bar to get the movement.

    Watch the videos above.

It does look like you might be leaning too far forward with your upper body, but a better camera angle (from the side) with a to-depth squat and appropriate weight is really needed.

Definitely lower the weight and go as deep as you can...

Also when you are finished, make sure you walk the bar in properly so you connect then lower yourself so the bar just rests on the bracket. You can seriously injure yourself trying to hook it on 🤜🏻

If you're doing low bar, you'll always be leaning forward a bit more. The pictures posted above by Farley shows that really nicely. Definitely check those out, but don't stress if you're leaning forward a bit on low bar squats.

    Yeah

Forward lean is fine, so long as you aren't shifting your weight forward towards you toes, onto the balls of your feet, loading your knees. You want to load your hips with the weight centered over your midfoot.
