Amazing that dems still haven't figured out the whole Russia thing was election loss cope and revenge. There's literally zero evidence of collusion so far and the only thing Mueller has been able to get done is some irrelevant charges on a couple people that have fuk-all to do with Russian collusion.
You were duped.

Good point. He has Mueller, every major network, every major newspaper, every democrat PAC, every democrat billionaire, hollywood, etc spending extraordinary manpower and resources looking into his entire past.
It will be interesting to see if NYT receiving any of this info is illegal also but I wouldn't claim to be an expert on that.Stern Crew

You do realize if we made this the new norm that would basically be 0 members of the DNC.
Corrupt politicians has always been common on both sides.
But it isn’t even close on how much more rampant is on the DNC side.

1. Trump was complicit with his Father's various schemes throughout his adult life, Trump actively participated in the fraud, and much of the abuse and fraud, in terms of dollar amount took place when Fred Trump's mind was decaying from dementia, putting the onus on Trump and his siblings.
In his 90th year, Fred Trump still showed up at work a few days a week, ever dapper in suit and tie. But he had trouble remembering names — his dementia was getting worse — and he could get confused. In May 1995, with an unsteady hand, he signed documents granting Robert Trump power of attorney to act “in my name, place and stead.”
Six months later, on Nov. 22, the Trumps began transferring ownership of most of Fred Trump’s empire. (A few properties were excluded.) The instrument they used to do this was a special type of trust with a clunky acronym only a tax lawyer could love: GRAT, short for grantor-retained annuity trust. In the end, the transfer of the Trump empire cost Fred and Mary Trump $20.5 million in gift taxes and their children $21 million in annuity payments. That is hundreds of millions of dollars less than they would have paid based on the empire’s market value, The Times found. The bulk of Fred Trump’s empire was nowhere to be found on his estate tax return. And yet Donald Trump and his siblings were not done. Recycling the legally dubious techniques they had mastered with the GRATs, they dodged tens of millions of dollars in estate taxes on the remnants of empire that Fred Trump still owned when he died, The Times found.
As with the GRATs, they obtained appraisals from Mr. Von Ancken that grossly understated the actual market value of those remnants. And as with the GRATs, they aggressively discounted Mr. Von Ancken’s appraisals. The result: They claimed that the five apartment complexes and two strip malls were worth $15 million. In 2004, records show, bankers would put a value of $176.2 million on the exact same properties.
After this article was published on Tuesday, a spokesman for the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance said the agency was “reviewing the allegations” and “vigorously pursuing all appropriate areas of investigation.”Doc had but three redeeming traits. So, Trump should be given credit for incrementally improving on a few aspects of NAFTA, and beginning negotiations with North Korea.
He should not be given credit for some astounding new trade deal that is a radical improvement on NAFTA. Why? Because that did not happen. All of Trump's bluster means nothing. The trade deal was saved by his son-in-law, Jared Kushner. To quote Shakespeare from Macbeth, Trump's involvement was more like: "Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, Signifying nothing."
He should not be given credit for "owning" on the Korean Peninsula or somehow solving the ongoing conflict Why? Because that did not happen. He only began the long process of negotiating with North Korea and those negotiations have barely just started.
Trump should be given credit for his impact on the economy. It's a big deal. And that may be the only thing that saves him in 2020, although I doubt it given the fact that we now know your so-called God Emperor's entire life is one big lie.Doc had but three redeeming traits. From the article:
"The findings are based on interviews with Fred Trump’s former employees and advisers and more than 100,000 pages of documents describing the inner workings and immense profitability of his empire. They include documents culled from public sources — mortgages and deeds, probate records, financial disclosure reports, regulatory records and civil court files."
"But the more than 100,000 pages of records obtained during this investigation make it possible to sweep away decades of misinformation and arrive at a clear understanding about the original source of Mr. Trump’s wealth — his father."
They also have documentary evidence of the criminal activity of the Trump family which involved outright fraud in order to avoid taxes:
This isn't an anonymous source. This isn't fake news. This is evidence.Doc had but three redeeming traits. One was his courage; he was afraid of nothing on Earth. The second was the one commendable principal in his code of life, sterling loyalty to friends. The third was his affection for Wyatt Earp.

Oh noooo, they met with Manafort's lawyer Tuesday morning to get some new, good, info.
This is called multitasking when the octopus has many tentacles to sever. As for the tax thing, *intelligent human beings* knew that as the only president ever, to not release his tax documents, "fat Donnie" had many things to hide. There is an unspoken thing, we are iron brothers and sisters, we are to support each other and...It is our duty to support our brothers and sisters in the iron game!

I think we should all insist that our political leaders behave properly no matter if they are Democrats or Republicans or non-partisan.
Corrupt politicians has always been common on both sides.
Corrupt voters.
54% of Republicans in a recent poll think Kavanaugh should still be a Supreme Court justice even if he did try to rape Ford.
"A majority of Republicans (54 percent) say they think Kavanaugh should be confirmed regardless of whether Ford's allegations are true, according to the poll."
https://www.npr.org/2018/09/26/65164...ndecided-on-tr
I know evangelicals think Democrats are going to burn in hell, but wtf? What do Democrat "baby-killers" have to do with Kavanaugh attempting to rape someone? There are hundreds of different people that could easily be put in Kavanaugh's place, and do exactly what Conservatives want.
Most of the Trump supporters ITT think it's no big deal Trump is a lifelong tax cheat. And it's not like Trump's family were a little too aggressive with itemizations. The article details decades-long and systematic fraud and abuse of the tax system.
Trump is the out-of-touch elitist that Trump supporters claim to hate.

The best thing about this defamation suit - Trump can stay completely out of it if he wants and his extended family can handle this one.
This is a gold mine of screw up for the NYT.“A society that puts equality before freedom will get neither. A society that puts freedom before equality will get a high degree of both.”

Ok. What's your point?
So far we have a politician who appears to have engaged in extensive criminality. Not sure why you would argue against following up on these leads.
Also, the right has its own people/outlets looking into the Dems. It's just all theyve come up with is pizzagate and two gun shots to the back of the head memes.Make Misc Great Again

Yeah. Good luck with that. Not sure of you read the times article but this was based on source documents. A defamation suit will just make more publicity.
I'm sure this will go along the lines of all the suits Trump threatened during the campaign
Edit: as a further point, the Trimes told Trump and his lawyers a out this story weeks ago a d repeatedly tried to meet with them. If they were going to sue they could have had their statement of claim drafted before this story came out.
Seems odd they haven't served it yet.Last edited by 7rmr; 10-03-2018 at 08:15 AM.

Why would be tell us it was only a small loan of 1 million dollars! I mean I don’t care but don’t spend your life telling everyone/stating your success was due to a very small loan when it was actually many times more than that.

Not full yet, and probably can’t till after the weekend, that will take a while to do in honesty in depth.
Skimmed over a chunk more and here was my post https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showt...post1562771741“A society that puts equality before freedom will get neither. A society that puts freedom before equality will get a high degree of both.”

I'm not a "lib", a liberal, or a "libcuck", or whatever phrase extreme Authoritarian-minded partisans on the right like to use to attack anyone who disagrees with them in the slightest way.
There's more to American politics than just Trump supporters v. crazy, insane, radical, leftist, socialist, Liberals.
This is a fiction invented by people like Hannity and Levin whose main motivation is to make money off of peddling propaganda.
Do you think Trump supporters will cry like babies and vent their frustrations like Timothy McVeigh if moderates and independents back Democrats this November?Doc had but three redeeming traits. I don't see how that will be the case. Isn't the american judicial system generally difficult when it comes to defamation lawsuits. they would have to demonstrate the NYT knowingly falsified the story. And since its sounds like they have enough documentation and personal accounts to support the story it will be difficult for them to prove otherwise.
