The FBI investigates federal crime do they not? Is a 35 year old underage sexual assault case a federal crime? The FBI already said that there is NO crime to investigate. The local police department also said there is NO crime to investigate.

The FBI has no jurisdiction over an alleged crime committed 35 yrs ago at an alleged high school party. That is a job for the local LEO's to investigate. If Mrs. Ford is really wanting an investigation, all she has to do is contact the LEO agency for that area and file a complaint. It's a simple phone call away.

It is very possible this happened to one extent or another... However, she says it happened. He says it didn't. There is NO WAY to verify this claim from 35 years ago with out a who, what, when, or where.
