While his friend watched, she said, Kavanaugh pinned her to a bed on her back and groped her over her clothes, grinding his body against hers and clumsily attempting to pull off her one-piece bathing suit and the clothing she wore over it. When she tried to scream, she said, he put his hand over her mouth.
“I thought he might inadvertently kill me,” said Ford, now a 51-year-old research psychologist in northern California. “He was trying to attack me and remove my clothing.”
Ford said she was able to escape when Kavanaugh’s friend and classmate at Georgetown Preparatory School, Mark Judge, jumped on top of them, sending all three tumbling. She said she ran from the room, briefly locked herself in a bathroom and then fled the house.
Ford said she told no one of the incident in any detail until 2012, when she was in couples therapy with her husband. The therapist’s notes, portions of which were provided by Ford and reviewed by The Washington Post, do not mention Kavanaugh’s name but say she reported that she was attacked by students “from an elitist boys’ school” who went on to become “highly respected and high-ranking members of society in Washington.” The notes say four boys were involved, a discrepancy Ford says was an error on the therapist’s part. Ford said there were four boys at the party but only two in the room.

Kamala Harris wants a delay until there's a thorough investigation..... what can you investigate? He said, she said from 30 years ago. Very interesting timing....... one thing you have to say about the Democrats, there is no trick they won't pull or pile of chit they won't throw.

Unless more comes out this is pretty stupid.
Brb don't like an SC pick, just have someone come forward and say he sexually assaulted them 30 years ago as a teenager with no way to dispute the claim other than deny it.
Furthermore, the accusation sounds more like he came on too aggressively. While not appropriate, he was a teenager and this was what the 80s?
Even if he did get a little hansy as an 18 year old teenager, with no similar actions since, that hardly disqualified you from being an SC judge 30+ years later.
This seems like a pretty naked attempt by the democrats at a last ditch effort to prevent his confirmation.
The Dems have every right to be pissed at how the Republicans handled Obama's appointment, and the Republicans have engaged in despicable behavior withholding his wrirtings, but this is stupid.Make Misc Great Again

There hasn't been full disclosure of documentation regarding Rapeannaugh though, totally aside from his raping.
He's a partisan hack, indebted not to the Constitution, but to partisan hackery. There's a reason that this is the first SC nominee......ever ?..........for whom they won't release full documentation.

As usual, the Republican Party will go after the victim! Trump went after HIS victims. Roy Moore went after his victims. It is the Republican Way - going after the victims is part of their Christian Family values they always are speaking of and shoving down our throats.
I agree with previous posts. Once a sex offender, always a sex offender. Surely there must be other candidates for SCOTUS who do NOT rape young women and sexually assault??AGE-25

Ruling he can't be indicted. Ruling he can't be subpoenaed. Any ruling on the extent of Muellers authority. Any ruling on what constitutes obstruction of justice by a sitting President.
If Mueller ever finds dirt on Trump, you can brt there would be a little of interesting legal issues to be sorted out by the SC.Make Misc Great Again

Whahahahahhahahah tttt ?
Many unanswered questions, such as : Can sitting POTUS be indicted ? Forced to testify in various cases........some say it's legally questionable if POTUS can even be guilty of obstruction of justice.
Supreme Court will have to decide these things, possibly.
To be honest, a POTUS under investigation shouldn't be able to appoint judges at all, at least most definitely not those with the potential to rule on him.
Honest question : How in the fukking fuk can a man potentially guilty of conspiracy against the United States of America be appointing people to the fukking Supreme Court ? It's fkng preposterous.
(And no, we don't know the guilt or innocence of Felony Don regarding Russian conspiracy, right now. So it is VERY possible that he's guilty.)
brb Trumpy patriots love America so much they want the Supreme Court stocked by a guy that very possibly committed conspiracy against the United States.
Sh*t is amazing.

The first recommendation is the one getting the most attention, and for good reason. Kavanaugh begins by recommending that while the president is in office, he should not be subject to civil lawsuits or to criminal investigation or prosecution. He explains that based on his first-hand experience in the White House, he has come to believe that “the job of the President is far more difficult than any other civil position in government.” And, he says, “I believe that it is vital that the President be able to focus on his never-ending tasks with as few distractions as possible.” Having to respond to civil litigation, discovery requests, deposition demands, questioning by prosecutors or even sitting through a trial, Kavanaugh believes, imposes an intolerable diversion of attention and energy on any sitting president. After laying out the case for the limitations, Kavanaugh says that with “that in mind, it would be appropriate for Congress to enact a statute providing that any personal civil suits against presidents … be deferred while the President is in office.” And “Congress should consider doing the same, moreover, with respect to criminal investigations and prosecution of the President.”

Typical Democrats. Another "She said" rape from 100 years ago without proof. Anyone surprised? Honestly, it would be a huge shock if Democrats tried to behave like an honorable civilized people for once without pulling crap like this.
"Kamala Harris wants a delay until there's a thorough investigation....."
LOL
Translation: "Delay indefinitely until we have Congress majority and Democrat President". Again, typical sleaze from the left.

And she hasn't mentioned Kav's name to anyone before. The danger of modern society is that anyone can claim anything, and you're put in a position where you have to prove your innocence. You cna literally be like Mike Pence with women, and still have someone claim things about you.
