I’ve wanted to know if this program is good or not. I’ve been switching things up and I wanted to know if this will do me good. My goals are to gain muscle mass.
Monday: Muscle group A
Tuesday: Muscle group B
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Muscle group A
Friday: Muscle group B
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Rest
Repeat
Muscle group A: Bench, shoulders, biceps, triceps
Muscle group B: Back, Traps, Squats, Calves
Chest(bench press) shoulders(over head press) biceps(curls and concentrated) triceps(skull crushers)
Back( bent over barbell row) traps(up right row) legs(squat) Calves(barbell calve raises)
5 sets 10 reps for every exercise
Every set I move up more weight until my max/ up to failure
I haven’t started this specific program because I’ve been doing all of this full body for the past months and I wanted to switch it up to this specific program and I needed an opinion on someone who knows.

Hmm could you please elaborate on why it’s horrible ? I mean I’m your sticky thread with the 3 routines, the second one follows the same format as my rountine. Same schedule and everything. Is it the workouts that aren’t good ?

Exercise selection and grouping are very poor. Only squats for legs? Two upwards rows without any horizontal or vertical pulling? No postural pull (face pulls, rear delt flyes)? Good luck with your chicken leg and shoulder impingement goals of 2018
I'm going to post a few resources on basic programming principles so you can learn for yourself.

If you told us where your lifts are at (squat, bench, deads), we'd be better able to recommend specific routines."Listen, I want you to come down here and go dancing with me and we'll have fun together. You know you like The Spaniard, you know you like The Sith Lord, you know that. Hello? You're blushing, I know you're into The Sith Lord, I know it! Hello? Hello? Helloooo? Aww I lost connection."

None of my routines have anything remotely in common with the mess, you've made here. And if you actually believe that, it just further proves you don't have the knowledge to build your own routine. There's a long list of injury inducing problems to go through, and it's simply not worth. Throw it in the trash bin and get on an established routine.
Or follow the mess, you've made, but get a good health insurance... shoulder and hip surgeries are damn expensive.

Why don’t you just **** off? Maybe if you weren’t such a douche bag some might listen. But I wouldn’t take advice from a **** typing away. You’ll see how this mess will help

OP, regular posters may sound harsh sometimes, but that's because they get the same questions over and over again from newbies who don't have a good grasp of training principles yet. Try not to take it personally - it would preclude you access to lots of good knowledge.
Can you please read my post and tell me where your lifts are at?"Listen, I want you to come down here and go dancing with me and we'll have fun together. You know you like The Spaniard, you know you like The Sith Lord, you know that. Hello? You're blushing, I know you're into The Sith Lord, I know it! Hello? Hello? Helloooo? Aww I lost connection."
