weight is up. I went off the bus a little this weekend. I was stressed and was weak. No AC still, they are scheduled to replace it on Tuesday. Water heater (which is brand new) keeps shutting off for no reason. Still push mowing the grass till they can look at my riding lawnmower. Our kitchen is still not done, close but still not done. The AC for the gym is currently cooling our bedroom. It is all crap that will work out eventually but I used it as an excuse to say **** it with my nutrition. All I can do is pick myself back up and get back to it. I am going to start writing in the journal on the weekends too to try to be more aware of this and hopefully avoid it.

Getting up that early sometimes sucks. I think it does free up some time still. For one if I have to run errands I can do them over lunch instead of having to always do them at night. Also it allows my lunch time workouts to be more social which I enjoy too. Not having to worry about a squat rack being open and all that is awesome too. I love it though
