Saw a fat chick get hit by a car, surprisingly the car took more damage, srs the windshield was all phucked up, she just rolled back onto the ground and got up like ''did someone open up a window there seems to be a draft in here?'' at that moment she got hit I thought it was a horrible accident lol

I have done them once or twice in CrossFit. I feel like it takes away from the process of the body as in, you're clenching everything, with a straight back, loading the quads and everything, but then when you get to the bottom of the squat and hit that box, you naturally lose some of the prep work.

Not long enough to brag. A couple years ago I was doing IF and just ate all my food in one meal, so basically 23.5 hours.
