I just bought prolab creatine. Someone please explain exactly what a rounded teaspoon is. I know the size of a teaspoon im just getting confused over the rounded part.

take a scoop with a regular teaspoon just dont scrape the top with anything. thus it will be rounded on top. dont make it to rounded cuz then it would be a heaping teaspoon.

Parker25, just fill up a teaspoon and keep it simple.
Whether it's rounded, heaping or level on top, it doesn't matter. You won't notice a difference between getting 4.8g, 5g or 5.35 grams of creatine.
