Rule 1: Don't come in here to troll or bash firearms owners. You will be swiftly negged.
Rule 2: Don't be afraid to ask questions, but do a little research on your own first. Semi-intelligent questions are welcome.
Rule 3: Do simply not ask what gun you should buy for concealed carry. That's very difficult to answer as individual needs & preferences vary greatly, and we're all tired of repeating ourselves. Do some research first, even just read MFC, or search gun forums for basic ideas.
Rule 4: DON'T BASH OTHER POSTERS ABOUT THEIR PURCHASES.
Rule 5: Do NOT link to any illegal firearms instructions or sites.
Rule 6: DO NOT THREATEN OTHER POSTERS.
FIRST FIFTY POSTS MUST HAVE FIREARM PIC or NEGS WILL FOLLOW.
FOUR RULES OF SAFE GUN HANDLING:
1. All guns are always loaded.
2. Do not allow the muzzle to point at anything you are not willing to destroy.
3. Keep your finger off the trigger and out of the trigger guard until your sights are on the target.
4. Know your target and your backstop.

Your life will never be a straight path.”
“To not only take risks, but to be open to life. To accept new views and to be open to new opinions. While it may be frightening, it will also be rewarding. Because the chances you take… the people you meet… the people you love…the faith that you have—that’s what’s going to define your life.”

Joined an indoor shooting range yesterday, went today with some friends. Place is incredible. 100 yard ranges you can shoot up to a .50 on, 25 yard pistol ranges and once all their guns come in they claim they'll have over 300 rental guns.
It's the first place in the area where you can finally try before you buy. Which is awesome, because I've been dying to pick up a VP9, and I finally got to shoot it next to the M&P 2.0 and I way preferred the M&P.

Taf doin it right up there. Going to look for Breckenridge after I finish my pint of Woodford Reserve. Also I don't know why but I just find two tone pistols sexy AF! I'd like to get this M&P or something similar in a two tone for my next purchase. Most likely a 45acp this time. I know I've said it in the past about these. Also my rep power ends in 308 hehe.

The Costco near my house just started carrying Breckenridge . . . it's a few bucks cheaper than even the best-priced discount store near me, too. My wife got me a bottle of Angel's Envy for a stocking stuffer and it was very nice. I just can't see spending that much except as an occasional treat.
My new budget bourbon is Benchmark Old No. 8. Was using Ancient Age for my old fashioneds and other mixers, but the local supply had dried up for some reason. Benchmark is surprisingly good for as dirt cheap as it is.*MFC Elder Statesmen Cabinet Crew*
