The issue with bcaa threads is basic science versus placebo. The science especially over the past couple of years have shown up strong that bcaa supplementation does not have merit. Hence why many companies are switching to EAA’s because science supports this at the correct amount. But you just get the same bullshiit arguments just try it, drink it when you wake up crap that is false.
Inb4 bcaa debate. Let’s not turn this thread into thatYour nutrition and workout program determines your success.

The main 3 sections I visit on here are the misc (obviously), the supplement section, and nutrition.
The misc I still enjoy because it is what it is. Though the discussion of certain illegal substance of bodybuilding should be allowed imo. Obviously not the sale of or source fishing but in all reality I shouldn't get a month long ban for saying rich piana wasn't natural. Alot of people get unrealistic expectations of what is achievable because we arent allowed to discuss the reality of it.
The nutrition section has become a joke. There are a handful of regular members who constantly give smart ass comments in any new thread posted and a moderator that will instantly shut down any thread if you have an opinion other than his. There is literally no point in posting there any more.
The supplement section all around is pretty good. The company reps still put a good emphasis on nutrition being number 1 and supplements are just supplements. Though you can tell alot of them work together to promote each other's products but that's just good marketing I guess. Just too bad alot of other good supp companies don't have regular reps on hereStats: 6 foot, 240 pounds

This forum needs to step into the 21st century, starting with the guts... look at the XenForo forum software.
I searched long and hard to find another bodybuilding forum that was anywhere near as active, just because of how outdated this one is from a user standpoint.
With that, we can get simple features like a search function that works, popup notifications for things like post quotes, being able to like posts, being able to follow threads... just to name a few key features.
And when in my bodyspace, i'd like to see a direct link back to the forums page. The only one I can find is a link to the supplements forum.-dennis

Wanna improve this forum? Start by getting rid of the few toxic A-hole losers on here. They never offer anything positive and are so full of themselves they can't even see it. All they do is push people away. Again there's only a few. But they are so quick to respond with their typical BS remarks that at times it feels like there's a ton of them.

Wow...first off, THANK YOU!! This is going much better than i anticipated. You guys are all bringing up a lot a great topics and valid discussions! Like Spaz noted earlier, I too have been here quite awhile and got my footing here...this place is dear to me. Again, thank you all for your involvement.
Thx brother! Yes, some VERY good discussions and topics....EXACTLY what I was hoping for! I love the forums, hence the main reason I decided to put this up. I have been in contact with BBCOM personal dealing with forums, hopefully this falls on listening ears. These discussions will benefit EVERYONE! To those coming here to learn ,reps of all companies, veterans to share knowledge, and bbcom in general.

BB.com has provided us with one of the best forums on the internet. With that being said, it's up to us (the members) to deliver content that keeps this place in-motion

Let's be real here...
The mobile experience SUCKS. It's awful.
You click on a forum and are barraged with an endless amount of utter sh!t.
You click on a thread or forum, by the time the page loads all their stupid ads and banners the place you click has changed to another URL and you've accidentally clicked on a entirely different forum or thread. HUGE delays! Sad!
Here, have a look. This is from ONE page.

Provided we have a working forum(fix the fuking search function) and mobile app(see sloops post) with a quality format(get rid of half the useless stickies) and more open rules and enforcement of the rules(open the rules up more, get rid of the politics behind threads getting shut down too early or people getting unnecessary warnings/bans, more enforcement against senseless shilling and sales pitches).
No, none of what I mentioned above is on the forum members. New supplements, experiences, opinions, new member questions always gives us content to post on. What makes BB.com more tempting to post on than another popular forum? I think we all know the answer on that is nothing besides maybe the community has some of us still posting here. Or that it's our job if you're a forum rep.Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

It's been said many times before, but I also think we need a new mobile app. I used to use the old bbcom app until it stopped working. It was great.
I actually saw this post from the bottom first. I immediately though of you because I know how much you hate the ads
I enjoy the POTUS style comments to go along with the images.KAGED MUSCLE Lead Company Rep

Yes, but there’s more ...
Running forums costs money, so ads you have to click on are fine. That’s pretty normal on other forums online as well.
It is really annoying though when you access the forum on your phone, just to read, and then it automatically takes you to a different page wihout you clicking on anything, and the Back button won’t even take you back to the forum, so you’ll have to put in the forum url in again, in order to go back. And no, it’s not a pop-up.
Got this a few minutes ago.

Everyone should be using the desktop version until mobile gets an update. I also agree, forum rules and policies need to be updated, and certain threads should run a longer course. But like like I said, the content is our job, and this is what brings attention to the site
What if the supplement section offered product sections> (pre-workout - protein - BCAA - vitamins - test boosters, etc) this would allow members to pick and choose what section(s) they have interest in and what sections they want to post in. If you have zero interest in BCAAs, don't enter that section. Country Mike, whats your thoughts on this?alienshave.com - Shave Smarter

-answer their questions respectively/honestly
Some people need to stop** acting all high and mighty talking down and making fun of every new person that asks a question. There's been a few threads of posted in calling people out, because in general this forum isn't very welcoming anymore.Last edited by mtpaquette; 02-27-2018 at 07:19 PM. Reason: typo

The categories would be within the supplement section. Click on supplements and choose the topic of interest. This would also allow a much better mobile experience
Stickies and product information could be included in each product category. The user experience would be greatly improved and the amount of questions would be cut in halfLast edited by TheFugitive; 02-27-2018 at 08:44 AM.
