Not to point out but suppliments are just that suppliments, you will not be gaining musle on them alone. However I have found that Naked Whey, or Hemp force Protein for vegitarians works perfectly good for gaining muscle if your diet is on point. Grass fed whey proteins are always better then traditional protein powders as many of them have a massive amount of fillers in them then really just add more to your gut then to your muslce.

If that's true it would cost a fortune. Everybody buys the whey from the same suppliers. Like may other products/supplement the difference comes in how its processed/packaged.

Yes taste is important but it is truly important to understand what you want out of your protein...do you want something for post workout that will hit your system quick? Do you want a slow acting/time release?
More and more companies are now offering full disclosure protein labels which is awesomeCurrently seeking new rep opportunities with an entrepreneurial company that encourages creativty.

In my opinion any protein supplement is a good protein supplement. Depending on the goals of the individual would persuade my choice one way or the other. For example on a bulk i would take any type of protein. But on a cut I lean towards Isopure zero carb protein drinks. They have 40g of protein with only 160 calories which is a huge bonus especially when calories are limited!
