can someone explain why everything is going red? Literally I put $200 (broke college kid) in mid December on Ripple, Raiblock & Cardano all had almost doubled in price in early January. Now everything is a mess 2 weeks later.
if Raiblocks goes any lower, I will be holding bags for all. I still ain't selling tho. Hodl gang we ouchea
is it china? korea? Bitcoin looks low in the ~12k range which I haven't seen in forever. I barely started reading on Crypto last early December so I want to not make any mistakes

I went balls deep on KCS, at least it'll hold some value as well as bring daily coins.
edit: are we saying that this is not even its final form because 23rd is still coming(chinese new year dip)?
my fiat is locked and loaded for the inevitable moon mission.

BTC is testing ~11.6k for a fourth time since the ATH decline. If it breaks low we're fked.

Aight we good. Managed to grow my stack like 5-10% there. Sold off my VEN a bit too late but didn't eat much of a loss buying it back. Got a nice deal on KCS and XRB. That was a risky move but paid off.
edit: damn, KCS dipped more. oh well, can't time things perfectly

The Chinese Lunar New Year thing is some complete cope. **** did not just drop 10-20% in minutes because everyone suddenly decided to withdraw money to buy presents for their family lamo. Dips happen. That was a pretty bad one, some weak hands just got slaughtered but we've already bounced back up to 12,400 BTC for now.

There was a dip before Christmas, and now there's a dip before Asian Christmas. Hard to know where the floor is, but I think most people expect a rebound come end of Jan/early Feb.
Why would it be cope? How many people look for patterns? If you have millions of people selling before their holiday, and you also have people who expect a sell off selling in anticipation of the holiday, then why wouldn't you expect a huge drop?

This was all calculated off trade bots, everything on BTC was heading onto oversold territory. We're not out of the woods but if price trends upwards over next 3 hours I think we'll get another week long BTC rally.

No, but if you have whales anticipating a slow bleed, because 4 years in a row prior it dropped around this time, then would it not be very plausible that they are pulling their money out now causing massive sells in anticipation of the holiday?
I sold before Christmas expecting this, didn't know jack about Chinese Christmas though...I know I'm marking my calendar for next year.

Just saw the evidence, didn't bother reading the whole thing. Maybe it is the reason then. Would have to look at the charts around those times to actually see (maybe **** went up and down 30% all the time back then and those specific data points mean nothing---do we really think 3 or 4 years ago the random Chinese nerds hodling bitcoin pulled out their money? There is much more money to be made this year for it to be worth them pulling out, rather than them withdrawing it during a bear market). Honestly don't care enough to look into it so I'll concede the point. I hope the prices remain relatively low until I get paid Friday, get dat dere Christmas and New Years pay.
Sold my XRB/VEN/KCS for more XRB/VEN/KCS. Unfortunately KCS has dipped even more but oh well. Looks like everything is going for a round 2 but I don't think I'm going to try to time this one. I've done enough trading tonight, I'll just sit back and see what happens and maybe make a few small flips. There's a 70 BTC buy wall on KCS so I doubt that's going down much more.

gotdamn IOTA, XLM, Dash, OMG, Zcash, BAT are all on my list most guarenteed to give you a huge return in a short period once market recovers cant see ETH or BTC, and NEO (not so far away from ATH) even giving you bigger returns short term
can even see BCH doing a proper return at these levels sub 2k and it was hovering at 2.4k-2.5k thats an easy $500+- return per coin holding*Lifting 5 times a week crew*

Watching people actually sell off into this 65 BTC sell wall on KCS. Already down 8 BTC. Wtf are these panic sellers thinking? I would be shocked if they actually broke that lamo
edit: someone just sold 20k into it lamo. It is falling. what the fck? How retarded is this market?
