For some reason I thought you owned a chain of furniture stores, which made this post hilarious.
That's a cool show. David Fincher has a real thing for serial killers.

I think I'm gonna read the book again.. It's been so long that I really don't remember much about it tbh. I do remember the author (Douglas - the one Holden Ford is based on) saying he started having nightmares and eventually had a nervous breakdown. Which I guess if you hang out with serial killers every day might do that to a person...

Just watched that Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets
$177m budget and they hire this kid Dane DeHaan to play the lead role. I think he might actually be the worst actor I've ever seen in a big money movie. Absolutely trash and I almost turned it off at one point solely due to his acting.

Wot? I always supported equal rights for gay kients, I just didn't support the changing of the definition of marriage. But I'm glad that if you ever move to Australia, you and your boyfriend can marry without any problems. I'm happy knowing that our favourite Lebo ******* and his bum chum can bugger one another without getting arrested like the good old days.

Almost! Only one more exam to go before I graduate in December Have to do this thing called 'Practical Legal training' for about 5-6 months. Honestly, I'm thinking of going the G-man route anyway although I'll still do PLT and get licensed.
I've been hearing a lot of good stuff about Mindhunter so I may give it a watch after my exams. I just finished The Sinner with Jessica Biel, who is surprisingly great in it.
The thing is, that was a really expensive ($122 million) survey at best and doesn't mean anything in terms of actual legislative change. Sure, parliamentarians can be pressured now but it was still incredibly unnecessary and at the expense of the taxpayer for castle in the sky type goals. Until they pass a bill, I'm skeptical:-/.
Also, one cannot support equal rights for gay couples yet want to maintain the traditional definition of marriage, IMO. The definition of equality promotes the same rights/standards for both, gay people and straight people and would require that the common denominator (the 'marriage' definition) be changed to accommodate the rights of both parties in equal regard.

Any theories on why "nerds" (particularly ones addicted to video games) tend to share the same lifeless, hollow, monotone sounding voices? Hard to explain, but they all sound like they're from the same area on the autism spectrum. I've always noticed this but after watching a few gaming channels on YouTube lately, it sticks out like dog's balls.

Most people fit into some type of archetype, and consciousness expresses itself through that archetype. It's why most tradies are alike, not to mention accountants, jocks etc. They are all products of their environment, moulded into a certain shape through experience and powered by consciousness.

Waiting for new tires to get put on my car and they had tru tv on with a show by that sjw ******* Adam Conover. It was an hour of him explaining that no matter what you do you're a carbon pumping scumbag. He said even if you give up driving and walk you're still a scumbag because it took carbon to produce the food you ate for energy.
It was basically an hour of him asking us all to commit suicide.Official misc attaché to the Kremlin

That's like that "Life After People" documentary. Basically in 100 years without people, all buildings and man made structures will crumble, and in 200 years the earth's vegetation will take over, and... blah blah blah. The gist of it is how humans are the scum of the earth and are ruining the planet. Literally.
The pisser of it is though - and the question that doesn't get asked is that... so what? In a world without human life, then why should I give two fux if vegetation will reclaim the earth 300 years from now? Washington DC and Manhattan Island a lush green Garden Of Eden? BFD.
Wow, Chernobyl is awesome!!Last edited by Bushmaster; 11-18-2017 at 12:51 PM.

These anti CO2 oput people are entitled selfish elitist.
Why are they against climate change/global warming?
It would be the biggest redistribution of wealth possible!!!
When the surface of the ocean rises, all the beachfront property owned by rich people goes away, and the poor people inland will now own expensive beachfront property.
Higher precipitation in current drought stricken areas of Africa where they could then grow food.
Lower precipitation in area's of the world that are already developed(rich), however they have the infrastructure where they can adjust easier.
Increased fresh water supply for the world- total fresh water plus added total kinetic energy in our biosphere = more overall vegetation growth.
More usable land and natural resources currently stuck under ice sheets in Antarctica.
Yea the transition will be a little tough with some weather events, but in give long run it will be better for more people world wide.
Why are they so greedy wanting the rich beachfront property owners stay rich, the poor to stay poor, and people in Africa continue to starve?
That is such a selfish elitist racist mindset.
Disgusting...“A society that puts equality before freedom will get neither. A society that puts freedom before equality will get a high degree of both.”

A childhood full of soccer makes for the best footwork later in life in other sports.
Olajuwon was an amazing goalie before he redefined bigman basketball. Likewise Jose Aldo could have been a professional soccer player before he became the most dominant featherweight in the history of MMA.Heterologously Vaccinated Superior Race Crew
