Lately I've been on edge I seem to be intense....... Today a kid was talking about how good the necxt team we face is and I snapped at him.... I'm on edge I dont know why... Its like I'm in the State playoffs again... But itwont turn off. I go to sleep feeling on edge I wake uop readyu to kill anyone that gets in my way. This is great for sports but for my social life its not good for me to fel so wired so intense... How can I make it stop.

Don't worry about it, your just amped. It happens to me all the time and usually helps me in fights. But yeah, it can be bad if its directed at other people. I almost got kicked out of my gym this past week because I was harsh with the new manager and I didn't even realize it!
Just make sure that your revved up state doesn't drain your energy. The fight is won or lost in the gym.

Actually, higher testosterone levels cause a man to feel calmer and more sure of his own worth. When men get overly aggressive, its a competitive instinct, sometimes caused by a subconscious perception of the other man being greater or having more testosterone. Other times its from the aggressive individual having some type of personal trauma or personality disorder, both of which can induce overly aggressive behavior in many ways.
Its how the concept of roid rage came into being. Its not the fact that these guys had more test in their systems; its that the type of man predisposed to feeling the need for steroids will generally also be predisposed to feeling inadequate or some type of disorder.

This may sound weird but i'm being serious with it...Anyway in rugby games I used to get very angry and get into fights and such. But then I janked it before a game and I felt really relaxed and really mellowed out...Its a good way to just relive stress and that kind of anger. I dont know maybe that helps..Its just what I do.

It happens to me too. Im a very aggressive person and it gets me in trouble a lot. If I miss a gym day or something isnt going my way, Im not a great person to be around. Cant really help it, just gotta learn to control it. Im a fighter (shootfighting and kickboxing) so me going off on someone could be bad. Must be like water...

"225, 315, 405 whatever. Yeah these benchmark digits come to mean a lot to us, the few warriors in this arena. They are, however, just numbers. I'm guilty of that sh*t too, waiting for somebody to powder my nuts cuz I did 20 reps of whatever the **** on the bench. Big f*king deal. It is all relative." G Diesel
