I have no excuse as to why I have not been going to gym since I came back from Florida which was Sept 25th. Since then I have been to the gym twice
Anyway wanted to see if there are any more slackers out there other than myself......

To some this might be slacking, since I am in season on hockey now I decided to cut back both volume, and intensity, cut out most conditioning, and switch to a routine that is full body two days a week (olympic lifts), with an optional third upper body day. So far its been fun/refreshing no reps missed kind of stuff. Doing this until joining the skinny/hangry 2018 crew end of March. Then its back to the hard work and dieting.
Please record my time/reps if I pass out

Had a health issue In July still trying to get the meds sorted and figure out my new normal so kind of slacking. I go but I was told to do 50 percent of the volume and fifty percent of the intensity.

Yes, I've been slacking too. Last month, most weeks I got myself to the gym maybe twice a week. Last week I started 5x5 and it was so hard.
I went Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday, so technically three days but still had 3 days off between days. Cardio not even once.
Oh and was sick too two days yet took the whole week off.

I've not been slacking off really, just doing things a little differently I guess. My working out has changed a bit, compared to 8, 10 years ago. My goals are not quite the same as what they once were. The older I get, the more I realize that I'm not going to be another Mohamed Makkawy. Ha!

I'd never had much in the way of elbow problems until very recently. Last June, I was doing weighted pull-ups with an 85 lb weight and after a couple of reps felt a pop (followed by pain) in my left elbow. Have had medial epicondylitis ever since. I took a week off to let it heal. The time off did nothing so I said "fck it" and went back to my regular routine (including weighted pull-ups). Probably not the most intelligent course of action, but I hate taking extended time off. Doing lower volume and some therapy exercises to help minimize damage. It still hurts, but at least it isn't getting any worse.

Even after the hurricane hit and flooded my main gym with 3 feet of water, I found another gym within a week. During that week I still did what I could at home like pushups tris and bis and body-weight squats. Main gym still closed due to massive repairs.
Been working out at Planet Fitness, the only gym somewhat close. They unhooked the Lunk Alarm Weights are limited, but they have nice machines, so have to be creative.
