The amount of paperwork per day or the amount to get the job?
That sounds pretty gay.
LSU QBs > Texans QBs
Pussy
Sooooo the job search for an engineer without work experience is ****ing AIDS. Brb every position requires 27 years experience and the physical capability to disarm a hydrogen bomb on the surface of the sun using nothing but your back hair.

had offer since november, just setting up banks, registering at city office, setting up apartment, and everything else in between.
unfortunate about the job hunt, you been applying just in your local area, or you willing to move out to the coasts? hope the hip turned out good

Doing okay. Just dealing with the long, annoying process of finding a job. 90% of the available engineering positions have requirements that most new graduates don't have, but those with work experience can sometimes get passed those. I don't have work experience to combat that, so I have to be in the right place at the right time. I've gotten 2 denials from companies I really would've loved to work for (BP and another refinery I can't remember), but I was one of the first 10 to apply for a process controls engineer at another place I'd love to work at and a friend of mine vouched for me at the company he works at when he gave my resume to his boss, so I just have to keep applying and waiting. Oh, and I got everything situated with my car a little over 2 weeks ago, so I'm driving again after over 11.5 years of not driving. Things will be fantastic once I get a job.
Funny story:
I applied to 4 companies looking for a mechanical reliability engineer that asked for your desired salary. The average salary for a new graduate with an engineering degree in my area is $65-70k, so I put $55k on the desired salary since I have no work experience. That and it's a REALLY good, hard job that would be fan****ingtastic to have on my resume. I then realized that I didn't check the average salary for that position in this area.... It's about $80k. I lowballed myself by $25k to get the job lmao.
How've you been?
Ah, that sucks. I imagine you'll be much less annoyed when all of it is done, but then you'll have to do it again when you move back :/
Pretty much all areas in southern Louisiana and some in Texas. I'm willing to relocate and all, but I'd rather stay in Louisiana. I'd hate to leave all of my family/friends.
Hip issue didn't turn out like I thought. Back to not knowing wtf is causing the ridiculous pain and have to wait for the hospital out here to call me this coming week about scheduling an MRI. **** sucks but could be worse.
Aside from all of the paperwork and job stuff, how's Asia treating you?
