Nice brah. Still doing the same kind of routine I've been doing for years. 3x week full body. Run 4-5x a week and bike 2. Thinking about training for a duathlon (fuk swimming). I've lost tons of mass (down from like 210-220 2-3 years ago to about 175-185 now) but feel much better.

Full body is, and always has been, the way to go. Also hell yeah, losing weight feels great dude. Even at 185ish now I feel too heavy. Outdoors cycling or on a spin? Recently fixed my bike and have been enjoying this Sydney spring kinda weather.

hit a few chin PRs yesterday (some would say i fell a bit short on both). here's 60kg x 2 (133lbs). track season starts in a bit over a month for me, body feels pretty nice and should be in shape to run some PBs. still a bit heavy, but if I can drop ~ 8lbs before comp; and maybe 15lbs before nationals (in Feb, should happen as i finish any sort of hypertrophy work this week), I should be ready to smoke a few noobs.

Outdoors cycling as much as I can but with work and all weekends are about my only chance to get outdoors. I've got an old bike hooked up to an indoor trainer so during the weekend I use that.

I stopped doing weighted pullups because of a tear in my left bicep. one of my fave exercises ,,, rip ;(

Alright **** it, i'll just tell you whats going on in my life because i dont give a fuk anymore. No more charades.

I've had headaches for a long time as well as auditory hallucinations, i've gone to psychiatric help and they put me under the broad definition of 'Active Psychotic State', which is kind of a leading diagnosis towards schizo. So far Ive gotten prescriptions for *****, sertraline, elatrolet, risperdal, solian (amisulpride) and seroquel XR (quetiapine) and i've taken them all in varying points of my life. I also have an arachnoid cyst in my temporal fissure part of the brain, still not very clear as to the repercussions or consequences of this

Misc is kind of a cathartic way to help me deal with my emotional issues, I don't know, I just enjoy posting here and trolling here. My life was misc at one point for me and my friend and I would literally talk in misc quotes to each other, like misc memes and we had literally our own little language haha. We would talk about misc drama, the latest threads that are trending, sooner or later he found a girlfriend (who he's still together with). So I posted on misc as a way to cope with this because I was kind of sad, this is the same friend who him and i used to joke we would be FAers forever together but then he found a gf before I did. I was admittedly a little angry but I came to terms with it and sooner or later he started to talk to me less and less, which I figured would happen.

I would consistently take on various different personalities on misc and make fake threads, none of which relate to who i ACTUALLY am IRL. There are certain things that are true though but they are mired in a pile of sh*tposts and trolls across thousands of posts/threads. Also you can probably deduce from this thread that i'm a terrible gambler, I did in fact lost $2200 on sports betting across mlb/nba/mma, I know NOTHING about MLB btw, I just bet on it because I loved gambling.

Doing okay. Just dealing with the long, annoying process of finding a job. 90% of the available engineering positions have requirements that most new graduates don't have, but those with work experience can sometimes get passed those. I don't have work experience to combat that, so I have to be in the right place at the right time. I've gotten 2 denials from companies I really would've loved to work for (BP and another refinery I can't remember), but I was one of the first 10 to apply for a process controls engineer at another place I'd love to work at and a friend of mine vouched for me at the company he works at when he gave my resume to his boss, so I just have to keep applying and waiting. Oh, and I got everything situated with my car a little over 2 weeks ago, so I'm driving again after over 11.5 years of not driving. Things will be fantastic once I get a job.

Funny story:
I applied to 4 companies looking for a mechanical reliability engineer that asked for your desired salary. The average salary for a new graduate with an engineering degree in my area is $65-70k, so I put $55k on the desired salary since I have no work experience. That and it's a REALLY good, hard job that would be fan****ingtastic to have on my resume. I then realized that I didn't check the average salary for that position in this area.... It's about $80k. I lowballed myself by $25k to get the job lmao.

Pretty much all areas in southern Louisiana and some in Texas. I'm willing to relocate and all, but I'd rather stay in Louisiana. I'd hate to leave all of my family/friends.

Hip issue didn't turn out like I thought. Back to not knowing wtf is causing the ridiculous pain and have to wait for the hospital out here to call me this coming week about scheduling an MRI. **** sucks but could be worse.
