Plans are simple. Sleep in on Saturday and Monday. Fluff and Buff workout on Saturday followed by some Yardio and then some grilling. Monday will be Squat emphasis fullbody straight set day. Looking to smoke a brisket and some veggies, try a smoked tomato sometime (you will thank me). Finally, spend some time with the wife, as school starts up the next day and she heads back to work. Like I said, simple plan.

My swole Labor Day plans won't be too exciting because I have already started classes at college. I will attend class, hit the gym for an awesome workout, and then grill out back at the fraternity house and hang out with the guys until it's time to get some homework done. Would love to have time to see the family and chill out some more but responsibility calls!
Would love to try some EVL products! I really haven't had any EVL products in a while. I have used LeanMode, ENGN (old formula), BCAA Energy, and Stacked Protein. Enjoyed all the products. Thank you for consideration.CountryMike Appreciation Crew

EVL ENGN is the best. My current and go to pre-workout! And in terms of swole labor day plans I'm going to be moving... as boring as that sounds. Although I'll be moving further from DC, I'll be closer to work/gym with a shorter commute, so I consider it a total win. Will seriously be saving around 40 minutes driving each day.
I'll be lifting furniture all day Saturday, and hitting the gym Sunday and Monday for the gains. OHHH yeah! Bring it on! Also, more EVL products are always goodNASM-CPT

RecoverMode & ENGN 0 look solid! I'll be using my fairly new Stainless Steel Ohio Bar for Flat-Incline Bench & 90 degree bent over rows b/c the knurling is far superior to any gym bar I've previously used; allows for grip retention all the way to the pinky which is key for repping until failure. Will probably take a hike too for good measure

My swole Labor Day Weekend plans are to keep on killing my prep and studying for school. At that point, I'll be 5 weeks out from the NPC San Francisco Championships and 2 weeks away from my grad school finals. I also plan to make some rehab/mobility videoes for some of my clients and teammates.
While it's nothing too exciting, it's what I need to do in order to be successful. Make the sacrifices now for the glory later.

I'm flying up to the US to spend some time with my cousins and family friends before the back to work/school grind.
In Canada, we call it Labour day.
My cousins are on the olympic rowing team. I can outf lift them but their endurance is insane. They are like robots lol. They don't get tired. They row for like an hour before even starting the workout.
We are going to do some rowing for sure. They don't let me leave without getting on the water at least once.

Going to take a break by going up to the Palm Springs and seeing some aunts and cousins. I havent seen them and have gone there once, it's a long drive. Gonna have an aluminum cup on hand to keep as cool as I can because it's gonna be in the 100's. I will be wearing my speedo gear and making a few splashes on the pool.
Still sticking by the diet through and through to keep at it, then back the next day early in the morning to avoid the huge traffic spike coming from Vegas.Gabber Crew since 2005

Laying low and trying to save money for the most part! 4 day weekend off from work so here's some of the stuff I'll be attending to in no particular order:
Homework (taking 9 credit hours this semester + work full time)
Pet sitting for some friends of ours
Grilling out
Yard work
Lifting
Relaxing with the wifeIf you can rely on your ability, you don't have to worry about reliability.

Swole plans are as follows: Going to the gym Friday at 5am, driving down to Florida to see my Aunt, who isn't in the best health right now. Spending the weekend cooking out with her, my uncle, parents, brother, sister and all of my cousins who live there. I am driving separately so I can drive back Sunday afternoon to be back in Raleigh late Sunday/Early Monday morning. Monday, hitting the gym and I have a hockey game that night. Should be an extremely fun/fast weekend for me!
Edit: OP, I rocked the same tank to my work yesterday.

Labor Day plans will be super simple. Sleep in, lift, grill out with family and friends. No reason to make it more complicated than that. Life has been incredibly busy lately so I'm looking forward to a little break.
Nice to see EVL running a big promo! You guys definitely have some strong products in your line. I am a big fan of the original ENGN formula. Definitely a tragedy that picamilon was run out of the market for no reason.☑*CountryMike Appreciation Crew*☑

I will be LABORING on Labor Day and that's what happens when you work in retail, you don't get
to enjoy the holidays the way everyone else does but I do get and extra day to use as a vacation
day so that's good thing. I will be using that day toward the end of Sept when I get a procedure
done on my rotator cuff that has been keeping me from training at 110% so I'm looking forward to it
so I can get back to my Superhuman physical self.

Thanks! I hope so too cause I sustained my first shoulder injury after training a little over 35yrs
and it was a partial tear to my rotator cuff but after a year I had another MRI and it shows that
I now have a full thickness tear so I'm gonna bite the financial bullet and try stem cells and hopefully
that heals it up so I can avoid rotator cuff surgery.
