I've had this happen to me periodically as well - just don't get discouraged if your weight rebounds by a couple of pounds in the next day or two. For me, every time I experience a big "whoosh" like this it is followed by a rebound or "bounce back" of a couple-3 pounds, which I then typically hold steady at for a few days. But it is always nice to see that big drop on the scales!

I'll take what I can get, "whoosh" included! Here's to hoping it just decides to remain steady. I'm ready to be down to my GW and start bulking

Up a couple of pounds, thought it'd be much much worse so not going to complain too much! Trip in 3 weeks, if I can get sub 260 in that time I'll be perfectly happy.

Good job everyone so far! Some great numbers.

No net weight loss this week, but my goal is fat loss not weight loss - I don't care if I gain a bit of muscle mass while losing fat. My scales say my body fat percentage has gone down from 30% to 27% over the past few weeks, I can lift more in my weight training, and my clothes are fitting more comfortably around my waist.

Just going to cut normally, where I end up is where I end up then I can get back on it when home too.

Currently three weeks into my cut and feeling very lethargic (even with a weekly carb refeed). I started at 175lbs and now weigh 169lbs. I use Drop Factor on cardio days (2-3 days a week) and Total War + Big Noise on lifting days (4-5 days a week). I've been training for nearly ten years and this is the leanest I've been, but I want to continue pushing myself to see how far I can take it.

I had to go away for the week and I'm at 294... a gain of 2.5lbs
I logged everything and was eating around my TDEE and tried to over estimate portions (no scale). Hopefully, its all water weight from the carb increase.

Wow! 3 Weeks from before and after. Dayum! 6lbs made that much of a freaking difference in definition? Damn Bro. Respect!!
Your 6lb cut looks better than my 50lb weight loss. TT

Ugh back up to 154 today. I'm still waiting on this woosh.

I think I need to really dial in my eating again -- now that I'm getting pretty lean, it's going to require a lot of focus to get me down even further. I had gotten away from weighing my food here in theater because it's a PITA and I've gotten pretty good at eyeballing, but I'm a week out from leaving so I can suck it up.
I'm here to kick ass and chew bubble gum, and I'm all out of bubble gum.

    1 January 2017: 175.0
    1 June 2017: 154.4
Goal Weight: 145.0 (by 1 August)

    Week 1: 154.3 (6/2/17); Week 2: 154.4 (6/9/17); Week 3: 152.4 (6/16/17); Week 4: Friday 23th June; Week 5: Friday 30th June

How do you all cope with unnecessarily cheating on your diet? I went over my macros two days in a row. Do you lower calories for the remainder of the week, or just push harder and pretend it never happened?

define cheating.. are we talking 400 cals over your def or 2000?

if it was a small amount carry on as normal.. if it was a heavy one drop a few 100 cals more for the next few days to limit the damage

I normally lower my carbs for the next 1-2 days and add extra cardio in

    Second page bump!

So I was 153.8 this morning. I'm on track to be down a little over a pound by Friday, maybe. Not a GREAT rate of loss, but I'll take it after two weeks sitting at the same weight.
I'm here to kick ass and chew bubble gum, and I'm all out of bubble gum.
