I used to weight train a lot about 10 years ago and then life happened. I went from a lean muscular 190 to a fat 250. Ive decided its time to get back into it. I have already began working on my diet. My goal is to trim down and get some of my strength back. I see all over the internet about thermogenics, bcaa's, creatine, whey protein, fish oil, beta-alanine, etc but have no idea what to take. Ive taken celltech in the past it it worked great. I was thinking of taking it again but need advice on other supplements. Money really isnt an issue. I am looking for the ideal set of stuff to take and when to take it to help achieve my goals. Thanks in advance.

a thermo can aid but you want to make sure your diet is in check first.
a product like Nutrabolics Thermal XTC might be just what you are looking for."All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing." (Edmund Burke)

I'd also recommend nailing down your diet first.
From there you can look at what supplementation could be useful (i.e. protein powder if you do not get enough from diet, fish oils if you do not consume through diet, multi if required, etc.)Myprotein's Official Bodybuilding.com Lead Representative ✔
