L-carnitine by itself is not utilized by the body as well as it should on paper, but other forms like Acetyl-L-Carnitine and L-Carnitine-L-Tartrate are worth looking into for benefits like recovery and neuro-health. If you are looking at it for fat loss, save your money.

Injectable carnitine is worth it, oral won't make much of a difference because of % absorption unless you load for months.

For me, Yohimbine has been a staple whenever I am on a calorie deficit

    Meh, tried that one..
With that kind of history, I'd rather look into Kris Gethin's program
Comes with a daily video and he actually goes through the exercises with you

how have those two been working out for you? what is your weight loss goal?
adding a product like nutrabolics thermal xtc might not be a bad idea, plus it works to give you a little boost as well to help you with your training.

Diet and nutrition has been the key for me. I follow a specific macros plan, which includes high and low carb days. I'm currently eating 200-500 calories above maintenance and added 5 pounds, while shrinking my waist slightly. No cardio or any crazy high impact training at the moment.

It will do pretty much nothing unless you are deficient which very few are. Stimulants like caffeine are king or ephedra if you can handle it, same with yohimbine. Otherwise just upping cardio and cutting calories is the simplest way.
