INTRO:
What up what up guys! I am back at it with another log with Cellucor and their new fat burner. I have used their products before and have yielded good results. I am very excited I got selected to log this supplement. This is my FIRST ever fat burner so I am excited to see how it goes. I went with the Non Stim version as I will be stacking it with C4.
LOG DETAILS:
As a lot of you know I put a lot of detail in my logs and update every day. I will be looking for fat loss,body composition and I will also be monitoring side effects, mood and comment on anything else that I feel is important.
TRAINING EXPERIENCE:
I have been lifting since 2006, I was 135lbs in high school and got into college with a roommate that was big into the gym so I went to workout with him that year and never looked back. I want to see how far I can push myself and see what I can do in 2015. I am totally focused in getting into really good shape. My training split is as follows:

I currently am working overnights at my job so please bare with me if I dont update the workouts as soon as I finish with them. I often leave my hosue around 930pm and dont return home until the following morning around 11-1130am after the gym. I just need to last 2 more weeks then I have a normal 7-3 schedule! I am currently on contest prep for my second mens physique show that is going down June 24th and I cant wait. Im hoping this product will help me pull together my physique so I can go on stage and blast the competition out of the water.

I am on the 11pm-7am shift at work for another 5 shifts... been on this for over a month so it is SUPER hard trying to stay up all night when your body just wants to sleep and then hitting the gym right after you are done. No excuses though! SuperHD went down nice and easy. I like the split doses between morning and night!(ツ)

Ive been doing the Morning ones around 6am ( still at work, i just bring them in my little container) and then i take the afternoon ones somewhere 6-8 hours later.
DAY 4
I do another leg day and then a light weight full body split on saturdays. Been doing this for jeeze well over 4 years and it has helped shape muscles that were lacking. I pick 3 exercises per body part and do sets of 10. Would be way to much to type out but i posted a video on IG!(ツ)

Back day from this morning. Man for the past month I have been working the overnight shift so getting done at 7am after beeing up since 830-9pm the previous night and hitting the gym is tough! Well thats it folks! shed roughly 5 lbs in the month I was on this product! Not to bad for it being my first ever fat burner and I went with the non stim version. The first couple weeks I had it stacked with C4 so that was a nice combo!
My final review for this supplement is a 9/10 If you are looking for a fat burner that doesn't make you all jittery and that is very easy to take then I would suggest checking out SuperHD Fire. Here is a after picture I shot within the last week
