Ive been taking Phospha grow going on a month now ,when i stop will i lose my gains???

If you keep your diet on point you should hold onto your gains. Then if you really like the product you can take a break and then use it again.

PA will not cause you to lose any kind of muscle mass. In my expierence with PA supplements in the past, they caused a little bit more fullness in the muscles, but nothing that affected strength and size. Only thing that might go down is the fullness.
Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

No you wont lose size, just make sure you keep your diet and training on point
