The way your knees come forward as the bar passes them and you finish the lift with your quads make it look like ramping whether you actually ramped it or not. The way you start to shake on the third made it look a bit hitchy as well (again, even if you didn't actually hitch). I probably wouldn't have red lighted them but I understand why they did

Sorry brah, no cliffs or links. It's just a bunch of stories/rumors I read on outlaw over the years. Apparently there are pics/vids out there of her encountering in some sort of sexual act back when she was at westside. Too lazy to search them up. Not sure if I can talk about them here either. But if you look deep enough people still joke about it on ******** (about her private parts and stuff).
But from what I've been reading here today I now understand why so many people hate her ****ing guts. Still a 10/10 in my heart tho especially after that boob job.My training log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=129669663

Thanks for the input, I can see what you are talking about. From my understanding that wasnt hitching or ramping but like I said I can see what you mean.
Even before the calls I didnt plan on competing in the RPS again because of the email situation with Gene I posted about earlier
Not upset about anything said here, just genuinely curious. Upset about the actual calls though lol. To me it just looks like my knees are unlocked as I pull the bar up to finish.
Still in law school so I feel the price of meets even when they arent real far away. But I suppose it's worth the extra cash and travel time to not end up feeling robbed like this.
I remember the post in here about her getting her ******* fisted at westside lol."Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!"

What do y'all try to do in the gym when you're busy and stressed af? My gym schedule had been really regular for a year or two but the past couple months have been really rough. Busy at work until really late every day and been getting to the gym twice a week instead of 4 for short sessions. Any training changes? Was thinking of doing higher volume lighter weight stuff for a bit so it's at least not as difficult.

If it's only for a short period of time then probably maintaining your strength should be your target. So yes, lighter weight/more volume with shorter rest times is probably the way forward.
But if this is the new norm then maybe you need a new plan - either training till late or waking up early or whatever else.202.5/135/245. Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165241801.

US Open this weekend - what do we think?
Given the large prize money I'm gonna be very curious how strict the judging will be. Might get some pretty angry lifters if their lift gets called for reds and it means they lose out on thousands.202.5/135/245. Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165241801.

I'm usually pretty stubborn about my training and still try to fit everything in even if it means less sleep which isn't smart. But you could split your training into 2 sessions per day one before work and one after. Or do your important lifts on saturday and sunday. And if those don't work I'd probably do a lot of amrap stuff so just 1 or 2 intense top sets, some fluff stuff then get out. Doesn't help that you lift in gear though.

Aaaand everyone is injured.
This always seems to happen with these big meets, lots of big name sign up, 30-50% drop out, another good bunch of them get injured on meet day and drop out, and it's pretty much the last person left standing wins the meet.
Hoping they're all ok, but it really doesn't make for good spectating. Also rooting hard for our own fam member Sully here, he's really got his **** together the last few meets. Super strong.YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/user/NorthStrongSC
