Background: Began lifting in 2002 using Cytogainer and then switched to Muscle Juice 2544 ($30/10lb tub on BB.com back then) tried 2600 but preferred the chocolate fructose taste of 2544; began using simpler protein products a couple years ago after realizing the formulas were outdated and hindering abdominal visibility.

◆ woke up hungy and drank a second Mass Jym which kept me satiated w/o having to eat anything. Body was noticably utilizing the protein & carbs better at night, so before sleeping and again when waking up (in the night) seems to be the best option. Also, it's best to let the cookie chunks soak in 14oz of milk for a few minutes for them to soften.

Thanks CountryMike, Mass Jym really helped alleviate soreness from working legs 4 days in row; night-time shakes are perfect for maximizing recovery w/carbs without having to even eat anything, really convenient if you're sleepy from melatonin and want to minimize time spent awake.
