Was getting ready to go to a house party with my friends then I saw a giant pimple and went to pop it. I straight up popped it 4 times and it just got bigger and even more red. Like how tf do u pop it 4 times and it gets bigger? It looks so bad and it takes away 2 points from my facial aesthetics so I called my friend and told him I wasn't feeling well so I can't go to the party with him. Fuking hate acne.

Lmao, never pop a zit before you have to leave. You shouldn't be popping them at all, but if you do, you do it before bed. That way if it gets worse, you can put treatment on it overnight. The potential gain isn't worth the loss. Having it shrink down some from its current size is nice but popping it and having it swell up even more is magnitudes worse.

You say you get acne all the time? Good thing I saw this post then. I too, also have suffered from it since I was 17.
What I'm gonna tell you might be depressing...or possibly motivating.
What causes acne? Clogged pipes if it's just whiteheads/blackheads. But you seem to have inflammatory acne, and the sir that you popped may have been a cystic pimple. Inflammation on the skin is directly linked to your gut health, and hormones.
First things first, balance out hormones:
1. Quit masturbation and porn...like forever(this is not a joke). For most people, masturbation won't cause acne. But for those who are prone to it, nasturbation causes a severe hormonal imbalance/nutrient deficiency that leads to cystic acne.
2. Drink 3-4 cups of green matcha tea organic and from Japan. It's a natural DHT reducer. Also include Saw Palmetto(available at any health food store)
3. Gelatin/collagen hydrolysate for essential amino acids in the correct balance to balance hormones. I reccomend Great Lakes Collagen hydrolysate.
Now for gut health. Most cystic acne sufferers are suffering from inflammation. We'll go through the steps starting with diet and carry on over lifestyle.
1. Eliminate these items :dairy, legumes, nuts, gluten, sugar, cut down on caffeine, stop taking antibiotics.
2. A whole food based strict organic ketogenic diet clears acne within a span of 1-2 months but you most likely will always have to stick to a keto diet for acne problems so that's...I guess a negative for some people. I personally love running on ketones for fuel so I'm sticking to it for life. Hell, boring food but high energy levels and crystal clear skin and no digestive or health issues? I'll ****ing take it in a heart beat. Who wouldn't??
3. Candida protocol: 2-3 weeks of strict antifungal use. Caprylic acid from organic virgin coconut oil(4-5 tablespoons a day preferably in the morning and between lunch and dinner). Turmeric powder and black pepper, 4-5 cloves of raw garlic. Make sure to chop the garlic cloves into very small pieces and let them sit out for 5-10 minutes so the garlic can produce the antifungal enzyme "allicin". Cayenne pepper is a strong antiinflammatory and antifungal. Organic extra virgin olive oil(I reccomend ottavios which you can find at HEB or just do your research since 69% of EV olive oil sold in the USA is fake or mixed.
4. Rebuild back the gut flora by adding probiotics AFTER you've finished 2-3 weeks of antifungals. I reccomend whole raw goat milk Kefir or organicwhole milk Kefir, sauerkraut, kimchi. Do not use kombucha(this flared up my acne and many others acne as well). I reccomend redwood hills farms Kefir or green valley organics for store bought Kefir but honestly the best is to make your own Kefir at home with Kefir grains (cheaper, can make you way more servings of Kefir, and homemade Kefir usually has wayyyy more probiotics)
I don't reccomend probiotic supplements because they are not LIVE and usually don't make it to the gastro-intestinal tract.
Anyways continue the probiotics for 2 weeks. You can take them for life as well just to keep your gut flora in check. I usually drink Kefir like 2-3 times every two weeks just in case. "Insurance policy" I always say.
5. Rebuild the gut lining. Now this is crucial. After you have done 2-3 weeks of antifungals and probiotics, it is ESSENTIAL to heal the gut lining since this is literally what is causing your acne.
Supplements that are a MUST: L glutamine: build up your dosage to 40g of glutamine per day preferably on empty stomach. Continue to use 40g of it for 5 days, then reduce to a maintenance dose of 10-15g per day. I still use this because stress, exercise, pollution, depression all deplete glutamine. Glutamine is fundamental for the production of glutathione( the master antioxidant which most people with acne lack)
2. Grass fed gelatin/Collagen hydrolysate by Great Lakes. Take two tablespoons of Collagen hydrolysate with water twice a day for two weeks and then you can slowly adjust to once a day or whenever you're eating a meal with lean protein(chicken breast, steaks, etc.) to prevent the inflammatory effects that lean meats can cause.
3. High quality Colostrum. This **** is expensive as hell. The best Colostrum is a huge run for $70-80. I reccomend this if your gut is in severe drastic shape. If not, l glutamine will suffice.
5. Bone broth(same **** as gelatin really).
Again, lots of cardio and lots of water will help greatly for the other acne such as typical whiteheads or comedones. Once you heal your gut(takes around 3-4 months), just keep keto dieting, and if you're paranoid, keep supplementing a maintenance dose of glutamine and occasional probiotic foods and green tea. Remember to eat lots of Zinc rich foods, lots of leafy greens high in vitamins A, C, E. take vitamin D supplement. If you take vitamin E, make sure it contains all 8 forms of vitamin E such as D-Alpha, D-Beta, D-Gamma tocopherols and tetriols(I forgot how to spell it). Do not buy the "D1" or "DI" alpha tocopherol as that is synthetic and will worsen redness and acne.
If you need any more help, let me know. Or any questions, etc.

I forgot to add that a quality fish oil supplement may be necessary for inflammatory acne. I reccomend vitamin shoppes Omega 3 fish oil. It has the perfect ratio of DHA/EPA and take twice daily. Has no gut irritants or inflammation causing ingredients. Muscle Pharm fish oil is good too but why spendan extra $8? I've used both and vitamin shopped one works best for me and cheaper. There has been reccomend around for cod liver oil Omega 3 supplement online that was like $40 that contains essential vitamins for clear skin as well but see how you do with fish oil first. Don't want you to spend way too much on this stuff.
