Kris Gethin (Day 1)
Sigh, plateaued day after day recently..
Mindset was on point, always aiming for 600 on either squats or deads..
But fell short big time
Took a long time to decide on an alternate route... but eventually decided to go on a long 12 week deload from 1rm.

Angela and I made a meal plan to stick strictly to (exception of 1 cheat meal per week).
And holy.. it made a huge impact on today's workout

Leg Press

(Warm Up) 3pps
(Warm Up) 4pps
10 reps x 6pps
10 reps x 8pps
8 reps x 9pps
8 reps x 10pps
7 reps x 11pps *Broke PR!!!
*First time in 2 years that I went heavy on Leg Press!! Had no idea I could go past 6 plates Haha Angela did 6 plates, so that's probably why I bumped more weights..
Hack Squats
(warm up) no weight split squat
(warm up) no weight split squat
8 reps x 1pps
8 reps x 2pps
6 reps x 3pps *Broke PR!!!
*Never went past 1 (45lbs) and 1 (25lbs) per side
Barbell Romanian Deadlift
3 sets of lightweight
*supposed to be 5 sets but felt like puking
Seated Calf Raises
4 sets of 8-12 reps
Bent Knee Hip Raises
4 sets
Lying Leg Raises
3 sets
Cardio: 15 minutes

That's awesome Brian .... 990lbs in plates plus the sled! Plenty of work in that set alone to justify churning your stomach

Thx brother....its in great shape. We dont HAVE to do anything but we are gonna tweak it a bit, starting with knocking out a wall between 2 bedrooms and making it one large room (gym).
